Je nach Anwendungszweck kann das Drosselelement in einer der folgenden Ausf\u00fchrungen konfiguriert werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Druckminderventil<\/li>\n<li>herk\u00f6mmliche Parabolverschlussvorrichtung,<\/li>\n<li>perforierte Verst\u00e4rkung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Der Fl\u00fcssigkeitsfluss durch das Ventil erfolgt in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zur geschlossenen Position. Fl\u00fcssigkeiten flie\u00dfen in Richtung der geschlossenen Position, wenn das Ventil perforiert ist, w\u00e4hrend Gase und Dampf in die entgegengesetzte Richtung flie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei einem Ventil mit perforiertem Verschluss und in Schlie\u00dfrichtung gerichtetem Durchfluss mit pneumatischem Antrieb ist eine Erh\u00f6hung der Antriebskraft erforderlich, um Vibrationen in der Schlie\u00dfstellung zu vermeiden. Reicht die Antriebsleistung nicht aus, wird unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Betriebsbedingungen ein Druckminderer eingebaut.<\/p>\n<p>Abh\u00e4ngig von den Betriebsbedingungen betr\u00e4gt die durchschnittliche Lebensdauer\u00a0<a title=\"Regelventile\" href=\"https:\/\/inn-engineering.net\/catalog\/regulirovka\/ispolnitelnye-klapany\/\" target=\"_self\">Exekutivsteuerventil<\/a>\u00a0Die Lebensdauer bis zur ersten General\u00fcberholung kann 100.000 Zyklen erreichen. Bei ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfer Wartung betr\u00e4gt die gesch\u00e4tzte Lebensdauer mehr als 5 Jahre bestimmungsgem\u00e4\u00dfer Nutzung. Mit Zustimmung des Herstellers kann die Lebensdauer verl\u00e4ngert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Lebensdauer der Armaturen h\u00e4ngt von mehreren miteinander verbundenen Faktoren ab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Art, Konzentration und Aggressivit\u00e4t der verwendeten Umgebung,<\/li>\n<li>Exposition gegen\u00fcber atmosph\u00e4rischen Bedingungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Temperaturen, Betriebsfrequenz, Reparatur, Wartung und Dichtungsmaterialien des durch das Ventil eindringenden Arbeitsfluids m\u00fcssen den beh\u00f6rdlichen Vorschriften entsprechen.<\/p>\n<h2>Anforderungen an den Standort und die Installationsmerkmale<\/h2>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Der Techniker sorgt f\u00fcr ausreichend Platz rund um den Installationsort f\u00fcr Wartung und Demontage. Vor und hinter dem Ventil sind Absperrventile installiert, um Reparaturen und Wartungen ohne vollst\u00e4ndige Entleerung der Anlage durchf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Hersteller empfiehlt den vertikalen Einbau der Armatur mit oben liegendem Antrieb. Bei horizontalem Einbau betr\u00e4gt das zul\u00e4ssige Antriebsgewicht, abh\u00e4ngig von der Spindelabmessung, 55 kg bei DN 200-250.<\/p>\n<p>Die Montage oder Demontage des Antriebs an einem Ventil, das Temperatur und Druck ausgesetzt ist, ist verboten. Das Drehen des Ventils in seinem Sitz unter Druck w\u00e4hrend der Montage ist verboten.<\/p>\n<h2>Lagerung und Transport<\/h2>\n<p>Bei ung\u00fcnstigen Witterungsbedingungen oder Lagerung im Freien sollten Ger\u00e4te eingemottet oder besonderen Schutzma\u00dfnahmen unterzogen werden. Es ist wichtig zu bedenken, dass chemische D\u00e4mpfe, Meerwasser und andere korrosive Stoffe die Korrosion f\u00f6rdern und beschleunigen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Lackgrundierung darf nicht besch\u00e4digt werden. Sie sch\u00fctzt vor Korrosion bei Lagerung und Transport im empfohlenen Temperaturbereich von -20\u00b0C bis +65\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Wird die vom Hersteller angegebene maximale Haltbarkeitsdauer von 15 Jahren \u00fcberschritten, wird vor der Inbetriebnahme die Funktion und Leistung des Ventils gepr\u00fcft.
