Er wird ausschlie\u00dflich durch den Durchmesser des Metallstabs bestimmt, ohne Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Beschichtungsdicke. Wovon h\u00e4ngt die Wahl des Elektrodendurchmessers ab? Der wichtigste Faktor f\u00fcr die Auswahl des Durchmessers ist die Dicke des zu schwei\u00dfenden Metalls. Aber auch die Art der Schwei\u00dfverbindung, die Form der zu schwei\u00dfenden Kanten, die r\u00e4umliche Lage der Verbindung und die chemische Zusammensetzung des zu schwei\u00dfenden Metalls m\u00fcssen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Die Qualit\u00e4t der Schwei\u00dfverbindung h\u00e4ngt von der richtigen Elektrodenauswahl ab.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Stumpfschwei\u00dfungen in der unteren Position wird der Elektrodendurchmesser anhand der Metalldicke anhand der folgenden Tabelle ausgew\u00e4hlt:<\/p>\n<p>Metalldicke, mm \/ Elektrodendurchmesser, mm<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 mm \/ 1,6-2<\/li>\n<li>3-5 mm \/ 2,5-3<\/li>\n<li>6-11 mm \/ 4-5<\/li>\n<li>12-24 mm \/ 5-6<\/li>\n<li>25 mm oder mehr \/ 6 mm oder mehr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es ist zu beachten, dass die Verwendung von Elektroden mit einem Durchmesser von mehr als 6 mm aufgrund ihrer gro\u00dfen Masse eingeschr\u00e4nkt ist. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist ein ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfes Wurzelschwei\u00dfen mit solchen Elektroden schwierig.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Schwei\u00dfen von Metall mit einer Dicke von bis zu 4 mm werden die Kanten \u00fcblicherweise nicht abgeschr\u00e4gt und die Schwei\u00dfnaht wird einlagig ausgef\u00fchrt. Bei dickerem Metall werden die Kanten abgeschr\u00e4gt, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Verbindung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Schwei\u00dfnaht ist mehrlagig. Bei mehrlagigen Stumpfst\u00f6\u00dfen wird die erste Lage mit einer Elektrode mit 2\u20133 mm Durchmesser, seltener mit einer 4-mm-Elektrode, hergestellt. Die nachfolgenden Lagen werden mit Elektroden mit gr\u00f6\u00dferem Durchmesser hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr geschwei\u00dfte T-, Eck- und \u00dcberlappverbindungen gilt bei der Wahl des Elektrodendurchmessers folgende Regel:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>F\u00fcr Verbindungen in einem Durchgang werden Elektroden mit einem Durchmesser von 2\u20136 mm verwendet, abh\u00e4ngig von der Dicke des Metalls (siehe Liste oben).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bei Mehrlagenverbindungen wird die erste Lage mit 2\u20133 mm Elektroden hergestellt. Je kritischer die Struktur, desto kleiner der verwendete Elektrodendurchmesser. Dies f\u00f6rdert eine gute Wurzellage, reduziert die Erw\u00e4rmung des Grundwerkstoffs und reduziert somit Schwei\u00dfspannungen und Verformungen.<\/p>\n<p>Einige Experten empfehlen, bei der Herstellung von T- und Eckverbindungen die erforderliche Schwei\u00dfnahtgr\u00f6\u00dfe zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Verwenden Sie f\u00fcr einen 3\u20135 mm Schaft eine 3\u20134 mm Elektrode und f\u00fcr einen 6\u20138 mm Schaft eine 4\u20135 mm Elektrode.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Beim Vertikalschwei\u00dfen werden Elektroden mit einem Durchmesser von maximal 5 mm verwendet. Beim \u00dcberkopfschwei\u00dfen werden Elektroden mit einem Durchmesser von maximal 4 mm verwendet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gleichzeitig sollte sich jeder Schwei\u00dfer bewusst sein, dass die Metalldicke nicht immer das einzige Kriterium bei der Wahl des Elektrodendurchmessers ist. Erfahrene Schwei\u00dfer wissen, dass die Wahl des Elektrodendurchmessers von der Art der Verbindung, der Position und anderen Faktoren abh\u00e4ngt.
