Zum Schwei\u00dfen von Nichteisenmetallen werden spezielle Elektroden, sogenannte \u201eNichteisenmetall-Schwei\u00dfelektroden\u201c, verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Nichteisenmetalle sind Aluminium, Kupfer, Nickel und Titan. Jedes dieser Metalle hat seine eigenen Eigenschaften, die beim Schwei\u00dfen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminium und seine Legierungen zeichnen sich durch hohe elektrische und thermische Leitf\u00e4higkeit, geringe Dichte, erh\u00f6hte Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und leichte Oxidation aus. Der Oxidfilm, der sich auf der Aluminiumoberfl\u00e4che bildet, kann die Schwei\u00dfnahtbildung beim Schwei\u00dfen beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Daher muss der Film vor dem Schwei\u00dfen von der Metalloberfl\u00e4che entfernt werden. Beim Schwei\u00dfen von Kupfer ist es notwendig, die Heiz- und Abk\u00fchlgeschwindigkeit des Metalls zu kontrollieren, um ein Rei\u00dfen zu verhindern. Zum Schwei\u00dfen von Kupfer und seinen Legierungen werden Elektroden mit hohem Phosphorgehalt verwendet, um eine gute Schwei\u00dfbarkeit und Schwei\u00dfqualit\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Nickel und seine Legierungen zeichnen sich durch eine hohe W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit, gute Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und mechanische Festigkeit bei hohen Temperaturen aus.
