Dazu geh\u00f6ren Gasschwei\u00dfen, Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen, Plasmaschwei\u00dfen und andere. Thermomechanisches Schwei\u00dfen bezeichnet Schwei\u00dfverfahren, bei denen W\u00e4rmeenergie und Druck genutzt werden. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Diffusionsschwei\u00dfen und Widerstandsschwei\u00dfen. Schwei\u00dfen, bei dem mechanische Energie genutzt wird, wird als mechanisches Schwei\u00dfen bezeichnet. Beispiele sind Explosionsschwei\u00dfen, Kaltschwei\u00dfen, Reibschwei\u00dfen und Ultraschallschwei\u00dfen. Schwei\u00dfen wird weiter nach seinen technischen Merkmalen klassifiziert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>durch die Methode zum Schutz des Metalls in der Schwei\u00dfzone (im Vakuum, in Luft, in Schaum, unter Flussmittel, in einem Schutzgas);<\/li>\n<li>durch die Dauer des Prozesses (intermittierend und kontinuierlich);<\/li>\n<li>nach Mechanisierungsgrad (mechanisiert, automatisiert, automatisch, manuell);<\/li>\n<li>Schutzgas (in Inertgasen und in Aktivgasen);<\/li>\n<li>die Art des Metallschutzes in der Schwei\u00dfzone (in kontrollierter Atmosph\u00e4re oder mit Strahlschutz).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Prinzip des Metallschwei\u00dfens \u00a0<\/strong>Entsprechend den technologischen Merkmalen wird es f\u00fcr jeden Typ separat festgelegt, da die Besonderheiten ihrer Arbeit unterschiedlich sind.<\/p>\n<p>Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen. Dabei werden Metallkanten mit einem Lichtbogen verschmolzen, wodurch starke Hitze entsteht und das Metall schmilzt. Es gibt verschiedene Arten dieses Schwei\u00dfens:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Manuelles Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen. Durchgef\u00fchrt mit abschmelzenden und nicht abschmelzenden Elektroden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Schwei\u00dfen mit abschmelzender Elektrode ist ein klassisches Schwei\u00dfverfahren, bei dem die Elektrode schmilzt und sich am Rand des Werkst\u00fccks ein Schmelzbad bildet. Beim Abk\u00fchlen bildet sich eine Schwei\u00dfnaht.<\/li>\n<li>Eine nicht abschmelzende Elektrode aus Kohlenstoff oder Graphit erzeugt einen Lichtbogen zwischen Werkst\u00fcck und F\u00fcllmetall. Dadurch entsteht ein fl\u00fcssiges Metall, das anschlie\u00dfend erstarrt. Sie wird zum Schwei\u00dfen von Nichteisenmetallen verwendet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Halbautomatisches und automatisches Unterpulverschwei\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Lichtbogen wird mechanisch gef\u00fchrt und entlang der vorgegebenen Kontur der zu schwei\u00dfenden Kanten gef\u00fchrt. Das Flussmittel sch\u00fctzt die Schwei\u00dfnaht vor \u00e4u\u00dferer Sauerstoffeinwirkung. Die Schwei\u00dfqualit\u00e4t ist hervorragend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen, wenn sich das Metall in einem Schutzgas befindet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Schwei\u00dfen erfolgt mit einer nicht abschmelzenden Elektrode (Wolfram) oder einer abschmelzenden Elektrode. Bei einer abschmelzenden Elektrode schmilzt die Schwei\u00dfnaht und bildet eine Naht. Bei einer nicht abschmelzenden Elektrode wird die Schwei\u00dfnaht aus dem geschmolzenen Metall des Werkst\u00fccks gebildet. Manchmal wird zu diesem Zweck ein Zusatzwerkstoff hinzugef\u00fcgt. Ein starker Schutzgasstrahl verdr\u00e4ngt die atmosph\u00e4rische Luft und sch\u00fctzt so vor Oxidation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Elektroschlackeschwei\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>erfolgt durch Schmelzen des Metalls der geschwei\u00dften Kanten des Produkts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Heutzutage werden feuerfeste und chemisch aktive Metalle und deren Legierungen zunehmend in der Industrie eingesetzt. <strong>Das Prinzip des Metallschwei\u00dfens <\/strong>Dies erm\u00f6glicht das erfolgreiche F\u00fcgen solcher Legierungen. Zu diesem Zweck wurden Schwei\u00dfverfahren entwickelt, die durch hochkonzentrierte W\u00e4rmequellen Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte von sehr hoher Qualit\u00e4t gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p><img
