Der Kohlenstoffanteil (C) in einem solchen Material betr\u00e4gt mindestens 2%. Der maximale Kohlenstoffanteil \u00fcberschreitet in der Regel nicht 6,67%. In einigen F\u00e4llen verschiebt sich der Kohlenstoffanteil mit zunehmendem Gehalt an Legierungsverunreinigungen nach unten. In diesem Fall wird das Material als bezeichnet <strong>\u00a0Gusseisen<\/strong>, jedoch mit einigen Modifikationen. Legierungen mit hohem Chrom-, Aluminium- und Siliziumgehalt sind Paradebeispiele.<\/p>\n<h2>Eigenschaften von Gusseisen<\/h2>\n<p>Haupts\u00e4chlich <strong>Eigenschaften von Gusseisen<\/strong> \u2013 das sind gute Gusseigenschaften, Spr\u00f6digkeit (deutlich h\u00f6her als bei St\u00e4hlen) und H\u00e4rte. <strong>Eigenschaften von Gusseisen<\/strong> kann je nach seinen Bestandteilen variieren. Gusseisen enth\u00e4lt folgende Elemente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si \u2013 Silizium, in der Zusammensetzung von weniger als 4,3%, ist das zweitwichtigste Element nach Kohlenstoff, verleiht dem Material Weichheit und verbessert seine Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit, wodurch die Gusseigenschaften verbessert werden;<\/li>\n<li>Mn - Mangan, in der Zusammensetzung von Legierungen nicht mehr als 2%, tr\u00e4gt zur Erh\u00f6hung der Festigkeit des Metalls bei;<\/li>\n<li>S \u2013 Schwefel, Gehalt unter 0,7%, verursacht \u201eRotspr\u00f6digkeit\u201c, verschlechtert die Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit der Legierung und ihre Gusseigenschaften;<\/li>\n<li>P \u2013 Phosphor, Gehalt unter 1,2%, verursacht \u201eKaltspr\u00f6digkeit\u201c, die sich in Form von Rissen beim Abk\u00fchlen von Gussteilen \u00e4u\u00dfert, die Komponente verschlechtert die mechanischen Eigenschaften der Legierung;<\/li>\n<li>C ist Kohlenstoff, der Hauptbestandteil von Gusseisen, der ihm seine grundlegenden Eigenschaften verleiht. Je nach Gehalt, Art und Form dieses Bestandteils wird Gusseisen in G\u00fcteklassen eingeteilt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gusseisen\u00a0<\/strong>weist eine Reihe der folgenden mechanischen Eigenschaften auf, die in der Tabelle aufgef\u00fchrt sind. Dazu geh\u00f6rt eine Buchstabenbezeichnung, die die prim\u00e4re Beschaffenheit oder den Verwendungszweck des Metalls angibt: KCh \u2013 Temperguss, VCh \u2013 hochfest, SCh \u2013 Grauguss, P \u2013 Roheisen, L \u2013 Gie\u00dferei.
