Verschiedene fortschrittliche Schwei\u00dftechniken spielen dabei eine gro\u00dfe Rolle. Eine Art solcher Schwei\u00dfverfahren ist <strong>Vakuumschwei\u00dfen, <\/strong>Erw\u00e4rmt das Teil. Dadurch kann es zum Verbinden kritischer Komponenten von Ger\u00e4ten und Messger\u00e4ten verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt zwei Arten des Schwei\u00dfens: Schmelzschwei\u00dfen und Pressschwei\u00dfen. Dazu wird die Schwei\u00dfkammer bel\u00fcftet und mit dem erforderlichen Gas gef\u00fcllt, um eine eigene Atmosph\u00e4re zu erzeugen. Typischerweise wird Argon verwendet, aber auch Helium, Stickstoff und Mischungen aus beiden kommen zum Einsatz. Das Argon wird unter hohem Druck von bis zu 1 atm eingepumpt.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Das Schwei\u00dfen erfolgt im Hochdruckvakuum 10<sup>-3<\/sup>-10<sup>-4<\/sup>Pa. Stickstoff wird jedoch nicht zum Schwei\u00dfen von Stahl verwendet, da die bei hohen Temperaturen entstehenden Eisen- und Chromnitride die Schwei\u00dfnaht por\u00f6s und ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfig machen. Die ausgew\u00e4hlten Spezialelektroden m\u00fcssen die Qualit\u00e4t der Schwei\u00dfnaht gew\u00e4hrleisten: Sie muss duktil, rissbest\u00e4ndig, dicht und mit einer Schlacke versehen sein, die sich leicht von der Schwei\u00dfnaht trennen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vakuumschwei\u00dfen <\/strong>Das Schmelzen erfolgt mittels Elektronenstrahlverfahren. Dabei kommen eine spezielle Vakuumkammer, verschiedene Vorrichtungen zur Handhabung der Teile, ein elektronenoptisches System und ein Pumpsystem zum Einsatz. Mit dieser Anlage werden zirkular-axiale Schwei\u00dfungen und lineare Schwei\u00dfungen bei einem Druck von 5 x 10<sup>-1<\/sup>-5*10<sup>-3<\/sup>Pa. <strong>Vakuumschwei\u00dfen <\/strong>Dieses Verfahren wird h\u00e4ufig bei der Herstellung von Raketen- und Raumfahrtsystemen, Antriebssystemen und Mikroelektronik eingesetzt.<\/p>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Es eignet sich au\u00dferdem sehr gut zum Schwei\u00dfen von feuerfesten Legierungen, chemisch aktiven Metallen und Stahlprodukten. <strong>Vakuumschwei\u00dfen <\/strong>Druckschwei\u00dfen ist ein thermisches Diffusionsschwei\u00dfen, das unter Vakuumdruck von 10<sup>-3<\/sup>10<sup>-2<\/sup>Pa. Beim Schwei\u00dfen unterschiedlicher Metalle wird die Heiztemperatur durch das feuerfeste Metall oder die Legierung bestimmt. Beim Verbinden schwer schwei\u00dfbarer Materialien wird ein Zwischenst\u00fcck verwendet. Dieses Setup besteht aus einem Vakuumsystem, einem System, das den notwendigen Druck f\u00fcr den Betrieb, die Automatisierung und einen elektrischen Antrieb erzeugt. Die Vorteile dieser Schwei\u00dfart:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es besteht keine Notwendigkeit, L\u00f6tmittel, Flussmittel, Elektroden oder Schutzumgebungen zu verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>das Teil verzieht sich nicht;<\/li>\n<li>in der Verbindungszone \u00e4ndern sich die Eigenschaften des Metalls nicht;<\/li>\n<li>Erhalten von Strukturen verschiedener Formen;<\/li>\n<li>Aufrechterhaltung der Genauigkeit der Produktform;<\/li>\n<li>ein breites Spektrum an Dicken der zu schwei\u00dfenden Teile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vor kurzem entwickelte die Moskauer H\u00f6here Technische Schule \u2013 Moskauer Institut f\u00fcr Energietechnik eine Methode <strong>Vakuumschwei\u00dfen <\/strong>Eine Abschmelzelektrode, die interessant ist, weil der Lichtbogen im Metalldampf brennt. Dieses Verfahren eignet sich sehr gut zum Verbinden dickwandiger Nichteisenlegierungen. Es ist ein recht produktives Verfahren, und die Qualit\u00e4t einer solchen Verbindung ist sehr hoch, da die Erw\u00e4rmung sehr konzentriert ist.
