Dieses Eisen wird als Roheisen ohne Eisenmetalle gegossen ...<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>18 kg;<\/li>\n<li>30 kg;<\/li>\n<li>45 kg;<\/li>\n<li>55 kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roheisen\u00a0<\/strong>Es wird bestimmungsgem\u00e4\u00df hergestellt. F\u00fcr die Stahlherstellung werden die G\u00fcten P1 und P2 verwendet, f\u00fcr Gie\u00dfereien die G\u00fcten PL1 und PL2. Diese Gusseisenart muss gem\u00e4\u00df den geltenden technischen Dokumentationsstandards hergestellt werden. Bei der Produktion muss Schrott anfallen, dessen Menge 2% der Masse pro Charge nicht \u00fcberschreiten darf, und das Schrottst\u00fcckgewicht darf 2 kg nicht \u00fcberschreiten.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Die Oberfl\u00e4che des Barrens muss sauber und frei von Schlacke oder anderen Verunreinigungen sein, obwohl Ablagerungen von Kalk, Graphit und anderen Elementen zul\u00e4ssig sind, was die Qualit\u00e4t der Legierung selbst in keiner Weise beeintr\u00e4chtigt und den weiteren Verarbeitungsprozess nicht beeinflusst.\u00a0<strong>Roheisen\u00a0<\/strong>Kann Kupfer enthalten, dessen Anteil 0,31 TP3T nicht \u00fcberschreiten sollte. F\u00fcr die Sorten PVK1, PVK2 und PVK3 gelten Anforderungen f\u00fcr einen Schwefelgehalt von nicht mehr als 0,0011 TP3T und einen Phosphorgehalt von bis zu 0,0151 TP3T.<\/p>\n<h2>Eigenschaften von Roheisen<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Eigenschaften von Roheisen\u00a0<\/strong>bestimmen die Anwendung. Aufgrund der au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Spr\u00f6digkeit der Legierung ist sie nicht bearbeitbar. Je nach Schmelzverfahren wird Roheisen wie folgt klassifiziert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>unlegiert;<\/li>\n<li>Legierung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Eigenschaften werden durch die Menge und Dosierung der Legierungselemente gesteuert, was wiederum die Eigenschaften der Legierung beeinflusst. Zum Beispiel:\u00a0<strong>Eigenschaften von Roheisen\u00a0<\/strong>Die nickelhaltige Legierung (0,5-3,5%) erm\u00f6glicht die Herstellung von Teilen mit hoher Druckfestigkeit. Allerdings entsprechen nicht alle Verfahren den standardisierten mechanischen Eigenschaften und der Mikrostruktur des Gusseisens. Entscheidend ist, die Abk\u00fchlung des Gusseisens zu verhindern und gleichzeitig seine physikalischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften zu verbessern. Dies wird durch die Zugabe von Ferrosilizium zum geschmolzenen Gusseisen w\u00e4hrend des Roheisengusses bei einer Temperatur von 1330\u20131400 Grad Celsius erreicht.<\/p>\n<p>Unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung des Kohlenstoff- und Siliziumgehalts im Gusseisen wird der Verbrauch an Ferrosilizium berechnet. <strong>Verarbeitung von Roheisen\u00a0<\/strong>Beseitigt K\u00e4lte, verfeinert eutektisches Korn, erh\u00e4lt eine Neigung zur Graphitisierung und verleiht fertigen Gussteilen optimale mechanische und verbesserte technologische Eigenschaften.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Technologie verbessert die Homogenit\u00e4t der Makrostruktur, die die oben genannten Eigenschaften der Legierung bestimmt. Um die Homogenit\u00e4t der Makrostruktur zu verbessern und hohe mechanische Eigenschaften zu erreichen, ist es notwendig, den spezifischen Modifikatorverbrauch w\u00e4hrend der Verarbeitung zu differenzieren und dabei das karbidbildende Element Mangan und das graphitisierende Element Silizium zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roheisen<\/strong>, seine Hauptmarken laut
