These gases are mixed in the chamber and released into a nozzle, which regulates the gas flow. The fuel gas heats the surface to the desired temperature, after which the supplied oxygen cuts the metal. The torch has two valves that allow you to adjust the mixture composition. The nozzle is made of chrome bronze or copper, ensuring its longevity.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>The gas cutting torch&#039;s external structure cannot be painted; the gas-carrying tubes are made of brass, copper, and stainless steel. The torch&#039;s components are also individually disassemblable, allowing for individual replacements without disturbing others. The control valves rotate moderately, preventing accidental gas flow during operation.<\/p>\n<p>The gas mixture passes through a gap between the inner diameter of the outer nozzle and the inner nozzle; multi-nozzle nozzles are now popular. Oxygen exits through the central hole, and the gas mixture exits through the sides. For cutting oxygen, the hole diameter is 1.2-2 mm.
