Sin embargo, el proceso es m\u00e1s intenso con periodos m\u00e1s largos y temperaturas cercanas a los 20 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h3>\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t<\/h3>\n<h3>Aplicaci\u00f3n de procesos de envejecimiento en metalurgia y metalmec\u00e1nica<\/h3>\n<p>El envejecimiento, como tratamiento adicional, se utiliza como paso final. Se aplica a ciertos metales y aleaciones en los que una soluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida sobresaturada puede precipitar el exceso de componentes y descomponerse espont\u00e1neamente con el tiempo. Este m\u00e9todo es especialmente \u00fatil para preparar materiales para la producci\u00f3n de componentes y piezas individuales, para los cuales el proceso descrito anteriormente es crucial.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tras el envejecimiento, la dureza y la resistencia del metal aumentan, pero su viscosidad y ductilidad disminuyen. Sin embargo, es importante destacar que estos valores se mantienen durante toda la vida \u00fatil del material.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El envejecimiento del acero se realiza para modificar su estructura interna y se aplica despu\u00e9s del temple. La soluci\u00f3n de ferrita s\u00f3lida resultante, saturada de nitr\u00f3geno y carbono, se descompone al calentarse. Dependiendo del volumen de inclusiones de carbono en el material envejecido, la estructura interna adopta las siguientes formas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>c\u00fabico;<\/li>\n<li>esf\u00e9rico;<\/li>\n<li>en forma de disco (en forma de placas delgadas);<\/li>\n<li>en forma de aguja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>El tratamiento t\u00e9rmico (envejecimiento artificial del metal) se aplica a aleaciones en las que la solubilidad de un elemento en estado s\u00f3lido se reduce significativamente. Esta propiedad se acent\u00faa al disminuir la temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>En aceros con bajo contenido de carbono, no superior a 0,051 TP3T, el envejecimiento artificial provoca la descomposici\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n alfa s\u00f3lida sobresaturada. Como resultado, precipitan las fases sobrantes. Tras este tratamiento, la ductilidad disminuye, pero la dureza y la resistencia aumentan significativamente. El efecto m\u00e1ximo se puede lograr mediante el envejecimiento natural. Sin embargo, esto requiere un tiempo considerable, lo cual no es rentable ni pr\u00e1ctico para una producci\u00f3n continua a gran escala (no es como reposar vino o co\u00f1ac en barricas). Por lo tanto, existen m\u00e9todos artificiales para acelerar estos procesos naturales (es una pena que no se pueda hacer lo mismo con el whisky). Esto es especialmente evidente en los aceros con bajo contenido de carbono. El nitr\u00f3geno se disuelve con menos facilidad en el hierro alfa a medida que disminuye la temperatura. Por ejemplo, a 590 \u00b0C, el contenido de nitr\u00f3geno disuelto es de 0,11 TP\u2083T, pero a 20 \u00b0C, su contenido desciende a 0,0041 TP\u2083T. Durante el envejecimiento, la soluci\u00f3n alfa libera nitruros. Por lo tanto, el efecto del nitr\u00f3geno es menos pronunciado que el del carbono bajo influencias t\u00e9rmicas.<\/p>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>A medida que aumenta el contenido de carbono del acero, aumentan los cambios estructurales producidos por el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. La cantidad m\u00e1xima de carbono que se puede disolver en el hierro alfa es de 0,02-0,041 TP3T. Con este contenido, un producto templado y sometido a envejecimiento natural presenta una dureza una vez y media mayor que la obtenida tras el recocido.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>El envejecimiento es el principal m\u00e9todo para aumentar la resistencia de las aleaciones termorresistentes (aleaciones con alto contenido de n\u00edquel). Este grupo tambi\u00e9n incluye las aleaciones de aluminio, cobre y magnesio. Adem\u00e1s, la estructura modificada de estos metales y aleaciones les confiere coercitividad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El aluminio y las aleaciones de aluminio y cobre se degradan a diferentes temperaturas (superiores a 100 \u00b0C) debido a las diferencias en las temperaturas de descomposici\u00f3n estructural de los distintos metales. Por lo tanto, se distingue entre descomposici\u00f3n estructural a baja y alta temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>La descomposici\u00f3n de una soluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida se produce de dos maneras. Durante este proceso, las c\u00e9lulas crecen en colonias. Las colonias tienen una estructura celular y el crecimiento se produce desde el l\u00edmite de grano hacia el interior, disminuyendo de tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h3>Envejecimiento mec\u00e1nico y t\u00e9rmico<\/h3>\n<p>Existen dos tipos de envejecimiento del metal: t\u00e9rmico y mec\u00e1nico. Analicemos cada uno con m\u00e1s detalle.<\/p>\n<h3>Envejecimiento t\u00e9rmico<\/h3>\n<p>La fase que refuerza el metal durante el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico se produce en su punto m\u00e1ximo. Es aqu\u00ed donde se produce la fase de soluci\u00f3n metaestable en la zona Guinier-Preston. Esto se ve influenciado por:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>coagulaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>sustituci\u00f3n parcial de part\u00edculas por otras incoherentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tipos de envejecimiento t\u00e9rmico del metal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dos etapas: enfriamiento, luego mantenimiento a la temperatura de sustituci\u00f3n y luego mantenimiento a una temperatura elevada para lograr la homogeneidad de la soluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida.<\/li>\n<li>Temple \u2013 temple y una etapa de mantenimiento con enfriamiento natural.<\/li>\n<li>Natural - para aleaciones de aluminio.<\/li>\n<li>Artificial \u2013 para aleaciones de metales no ferrosos mediante calentamiento a una temperatura superior a la utilizada para la destrucci\u00f3n natural.<\/li>\n<li>Estabilizaci\u00f3n: la alta temperatura de envejecimiento y el largo per\u00edodo de retenci\u00f3n ayudan a mantener las dimensiones y propiedades de la pieza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Envejecimiento mec\u00e1nico del metal<\/h3>\n<p>La destrucci\u00f3n del acero por fuerzas de deformaci\u00f3n ocurre en un rango de temperatura inferior al del proceso de recristalizaci\u00f3n. Esto se debe a la formaci\u00f3n y el movimiento de dislocaciones. La deformaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica en fr\u00edo aumenta la densidad de dislocaciones, que aumenta a\u00fan m\u00e1s con el aumento de las cargas.<\/p>\n<p>Los cambios en las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas del metal provocan que los \u00e1tomos de carbono y nitr\u00f3geno se desplacen hacia las dislocaciones ubicadas en la soluci\u00f3n alfa. Al llegar a las dislocaciones, los \u00e1tomos forman nubes (atm\u00f3sferas de Cottrell). Estos c\u00famulos impiden el movimiento de las dislocaciones, lo que provoca un cambio en las propiedades. Aparecen las propiedades inherentes a las piezas envejecidas por calor.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien el nitr\u00f3geno, el n\u00edquel y el cobre afectan significativamente el efecto de envejecimiento por deformaci\u00f3n, la adici\u00f3n de vanadio, titanio y niobio elimina por completo este efecto. Por lo tanto, se recomienda utilizar acero con un contenido de aluminio de 0,02-0,071 TP3T.<\/p>\n<h4>Modos recomendados para el envejecimiento<\/h4>\n<p>Tratamiento t\u00e9rmico:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>para aceros con alto contenido de carbono: temperatura de aproximadamente 130\u00b0C-150\u00b0C, tiempo de mantenimiento de aproximadamente 25-30 horas;<\/li>\n<li>Para aleaciones de metales no ferrosos: temperatura de aproximadamente 250\u00b0C, tiempo de mantenimiento de aproximadamente 1 hora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Procesamiento de pl\u00e1stico:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>para un proceso natural: temperatura de
