Se instalan v\u00e1lvulas de cierre aguas arriba y aguas abajo de la v\u00e1lvula para permitir reparaciones y mantenimiento sin drenar completamente el sistema.<\/p>\n<p>El fabricante recomienda la instalaci\u00f3n vertical de la v\u00e1lvula con el actuador colocado encima. En instalaci\u00f3n horizontal, el peso admisible del actuador, dependiendo de las dimensiones del v\u00e1stago, es de 55 kg para DN 200-250.<\/p>\n<p>Se proh\u00edbe montar o desmontar el actuador de una v\u00e1lvula expuesta a temperatura y presi\u00f3n. Se proh\u00edbe girar la v\u00e1lvula en su asiento bajo presi\u00f3n durante la instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Almacenamiento y transporte<\/h2>\n<p>En condiciones clim\u00e1ticas adversas o al almacenarse a la intemperie, el equipo debe conservarse en un lugar fresco o sujeto a medidas de protecci\u00f3n especiales. Es importante recordar que los vapores qu\u00edmicos, el agua de mar y otros agentes corrosivos promueven y aceleran la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La imprimaci\u00f3n de barniz no debe da\u00f1arse. Protege contra la corrosi\u00f3n durante el almacenamiento y el transporte a la temperatura recomendada de -20 \u00b0C a +65 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Si se excede la vida \u00fatil m\u00e1xima de 15 a\u00f1os establecida por el fabricante, se comprueba la funcionalidad y el rendimiento de la v\u00e1lvula antes de la puesta en servicio.
