En este proceso se utilizan corrientes de alta frecuencia, que van desde decenas de Hz hasta cientos de kHz; son las m\u00e1s convenientes para introducirlas en el metal. En la pr\u00e1ctica, siempre se utiliza este tipo de corriente, suministrada por generadores de m\u00e1quina o de tubo de vac\u00edo. Este tipo de soldadura dura solo unos segundos, ya que el proceso de calentamiento no est\u00e1 relacionado con el espesor del material ni con su conductividad t\u00e9rmica. El consumo de energ\u00eda es m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico, ya que el calor se genera en las superficies que se unen.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de soldadura se utiliza frecuentemente en la producci\u00f3n de tubos de acero. Debido a su alta resistencia inductiva, la corriente de alta frecuencia no se propaga por el per\u00edmetro, lo que permite el engarce y la soldadura de los tubos. <strong>Soldadura por inducci\u00f3n de metales<\/strong>, es decir, las tuber\u00edas, se realiza colocando las piezas en el inductor.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Cuando las piezas soldadas pasan a trav\u00e9s del inductor, se inducen corrientes par\u00e1sitas en la uni\u00f3n, que fluyen en direcci\u00f3n opuesta a la corriente en el inductor. A lo largo de su trayectoria, las corrientes encuentran la junta y se dirigen hacia ella. La corriente se concentra principalmente en las superficies soldadas, calentando r\u00e1pidamente el metal a la temperatura de soldadura requerida.<\/p>\n<p>Los equipos para este tipo de soldadura tienen diversas aplicaciones, pero su principio de funcionamiento se basa en la aplicaci\u00f3n de corriente al metal para calentarlo y soldarlo en el punto deseado, de forma r\u00e1pida y fiable. El equipo de inducci\u00f3n Termomaccin es popular en la producci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas. Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para el recocido y la soldadura de tuber\u00edas lisas y estriadas de acero al carbono e inoxidable, as\u00ed como para el conformado de extremos en caliente, el recocido de tubos de refrigeraci\u00f3n y el recocido de extremos de tuber\u00edas hidroformadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soldadura por inducci\u00f3n de metales <\/strong>Incluye el esquema b\u00e1sico de funcionamiento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>los bordes de las soldaduras deben limpiarse hasta que brillen, aunque se permiten incrustaciones;<\/li>\n<li>Para mejorar el efecto de calentamiento, se introduce un n\u00facleo magn\u00e9tico de ferrita en el espacio en blanco tubular;<\/li>\n<li>Se suministra una corriente, posiblemente de cientos de kHz, para calentar fuertemente el metal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>El espesor de las tuber\u00edas soldadas var\u00eda de 0,5 a 15 mm para aceros con alto y bajo contenido de carbono. Tambi\u00e9n se utiliza para aleaciones de acero inoxidable y resistentes al \u00e1cido, tuber\u00edas de cobre, bronce, lat\u00f3n y componentes de aleaciones de aluminio. Cabe destacar que, al aumentar el di\u00e1metro de la tuber\u00eda, la eficiencia de los inductores externos disminuye significativamente. El uso de inductores internos reduce las p\u00e9rdidas dentro de la tuber\u00eda. La soldadura por inducci\u00f3n es un excelente sustituto de la soldadura por arco y por resistencia en la producci\u00f3n industrial. Se utiliza en ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica, estructuras de construcci\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n petrolera y la industria del gas.<\/p>\n<p>Ventajas <strong>soldadura por inducci\u00f3n de metales<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la velocidad de calentamiento del metal, dura varios segundos;<\/li>\n<li>mayor vida \u00fatil del inductor;<\/li>\n<li>La costura de soldadura est\u00e1 limpia, no hay ara\u00f1azos;<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e9todo de soldadura altamente automatizado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las desventajas son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es dif\u00edcil mantener una separaci\u00f3n uniforme entre el inductor y la superficie de la pieza;<\/li>\n<li>dificultad para concentrar el calor en la propia zona de soldadura;<\/li>\n<li>Alto consumo de energ\u00eda
