En este m\u00e9todo de soldadura, las superficies que se unen presentan relieves especialmente preparados. Estos relieves pueden estar ubicados en una o ambas piezas. <strong>Soldadura por puntos de alivio <\/strong>Utilizado en la fabricaci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles, la electr\u00f3nica y otras industrias, es una forma pr\u00e1ctica de fijar soportes a piezas de chapa met\u00e1lica, as\u00ed como esp\u00e1rragos, pernos y tuercas. En ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica industrial, se utiliza para fijar cables a componentes delgados.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>El proceso tecnol\u00f3gico se desarrolla en el siguiente orden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los relieves se estampan previamente en la pieza a soldar. Estas proyecciones pueden ser anulares, circulares, oblongas o de otro tipo. El relieve met\u00e1lico debe estar limpio de suciedad y manchas de grasa. Diversas impurezas en la superficie impiden un calentamiento adecuado y una uni\u00f3n s\u00f3lida.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, se sujetan las piezas. Estas abrazaderas act\u00faan como electrodos en forma de placa. Se aplica corriente el\u00e9ctrica.<\/li>\n<li>La corriente de soldadura calienta intensamente las protuberancias elevadas, que comienzan a deformarse pl\u00e1sticamente. La resistencia de contacto disminuye y la zona de fusi\u00f3n aumenta.<\/li>\n<li>La corriente de soldadura se desconecta cuando la zona fundida alcanza el tama\u00f1o requerido. La compresi\u00f3n produce la uni\u00f3n. La cristalizaci\u00f3n de los metales que se unen ocurre en la zona fundida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A diferencia de la soldadura por resistencia, en la soldadura por proyecci\u00f3n, la uni\u00f3n se determina por el tama\u00f1o y la forma de la proyecci\u00f3n, no por la superficie del electrodo. Este m\u00e9todo produce electrodos de soldadura m\u00e1s duraderos, ya que la superficie de contacto es mayor y la corriente se concentra en las partes elevadas de la pieza.<\/p>\n<p><img
