Para la soldadura de metales no ferrosos se utilizan electrodos especiales, conocidos como &quot;electrodos de soldadura de metales no ferrosos&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales metales no ferrosos son el aluminio, el cobre, el n\u00edquel y el titanio. Cada uno de estos metales tiene caracter\u00edsticas propias que deben tenerse en cuenta al soldar.<\/p>\n<p>El aluminio y sus aleaciones se caracterizan por su alta conductividad el\u00e9ctrica y t\u00e9rmica, baja densidad, mayor resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y f\u00e1cil oxidaci\u00f3n. La pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido que se forma en la superficie del aluminio puede interferir con la formaci\u00f3n de la soldadura durante la soldadura. Por lo tanto, es necesario retirarla de la superficie met\u00e1lica antes de soldar. Para soldar cobre y sus aleaciones se utilizan electrodos con alto contenido de f\u00f3sforo, lo que garantiza una buena soldabilidad y calidad de la soldadura.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00edquel y sus aleaciones presentan alta conductividad t\u00e9rmica, buena resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y resistencia mec\u00e1nica a altas temperaturas. Los electrodos con alto contenido de n\u00edquel se utilizan para soldar n\u00edquel y sus aleaciones, lo que garantiza una buena soldabilidad y calidad de la soldadura.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
