La soldadura puede realizarse con electrodos consumibles o no consumibles. La opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s com\u00fan es <strong>soldadura autom\u00e1tica con arco de arg\u00f3n <\/strong>Electrodo no consumible. Se utiliza un electrodo de tungsteno como componente no consumible. Existen varios tipos de soldadura por arco de arg\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AAD \u2013 soldadura autom\u00e1tica con arco de arg\u00f3n con electrodo no consumible;<\/li>\n<li>RAD \u2013 soldadura manual con arco de arg\u00f3n utilizando un electrodo no consumible;<\/li>\n<li>AADP \u2013 soldadura autom\u00e1tica con arco de arg\u00f3n utilizando un electrodo consumible.<\/li>\n<li>La soldadura por arco de arg\u00f3n con electrodo de tungsteno tiene sus propias denominaciones:<\/li>\n<li>GTAW \u2013 soldadura por arco de tungsteno y gas (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding);<\/li>\n<li>TIG \u2013 soldadura con gas inerte de tungsteno (TungstenInertGas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Caracter\u00edsticas de la soldadura por arco de arg\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Trabajar en la soldadura de piezas met\u00e1licas utilizando <strong>soldadura por arco de arg\u00f3n<\/strong> La soldadura se realiza en un entorno de arg\u00f3n, que pr\u00e1cticamente no reacciona con el aire. Adem\u00e1s, el arg\u00f3n es m\u00e1s denso que el aire, lo que hace que el gas inerte desplace completamente el aire y, en consecuencia, el ox\u00edgeno del entorno de soldadura. Esto protege completamente la soldadura de reacciones de oxidaci\u00f3n. Esto elimina los \u00f3xidos y la formaci\u00f3n intensa de escoria en el punto de soldadura.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de soldadura implica un gas inerte que fluye hacia abajo y entra directamente en el ba\u00f1o de fusi\u00f3n. El proceso de relleno de costuras se basa en la transferencia de material de relleno por chorro y globular. Para completar este proceso correctamente, es importante recordar que la transferencia por chorro solo es posible con una corriente de arco de 260 amperios, mientras que la transferencia globular es eficaz con una corriente de arco de 120 a 240 amperios. Esto elimina la necesidad de templado despu\u00e9s del ensamblaje. Otra ventaja significativa <strong>La soldadura por arco de arg\u00f3n es<\/strong> La capacidad de crear soldadura automatizada con arco de arg\u00f3n. El proceso se puede automatizar y ajustar f\u00e1cilmente para lograr la m\u00e1xima calidad y productividad.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar las siguientes desventajas de la soldadura con arco de a 400 grados;<\/li>\n<li>imposibilidad de uso <strong>soldadura por arco de arg\u00f3n<\/strong> en tiempo ventoso al aire libre;<\/li>\n<li>altos niveles de radiaci\u00f3n ultravioleta durante el
