Se utiliza principalmente para unir piezas (como pernos) a una placa met\u00e1lica. Una caracter\u00edstica de esta soldadura es que la propia pieza de trabajo act\u00faa como electrodo. Si la pieza de trabajo est\u00e1 hecha de acero sin alear o de baja aleaci\u00f3n, se utiliza un anillo de respaldo de fundente para proteger la soldadura de la oxidaci\u00f3n. Cuando la pieza de trabajo est\u00e1 hecha de metales ligeros o pesados, se utilizan gases de protecci\u00f3n especiales. Estos gases pueden ser nitr\u00f3geno o di\u00f3xido de carbono. Par\u00e1metros aceptables de la pieza a unir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La tuber\u00eda puede tener un di\u00e1metro de 6 mm a 219 mm, espesor de pared 10 mm;<\/li>\n<li>Secci\u00f3n maciza en bruto, di\u00e1metro m\u00e1ximo 32 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>El proceso de dicha soldadura:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La pieza de trabajo est\u00e1 preparada para soldar;<\/li>\n<li>La pieza de trabajo se inserta en un dispositivo de soldadura especial (pistola de soldar);<\/li>\n<li>llevado a la placa o plancha met\u00e1lica sobre la que ser\u00e1 soldado;<\/li>\n<li>Se suministra corriente, se excita un arco de soldadura que funde los metales que se est\u00e1n uniendo;<\/li>\n<li>Se desconecta el circuito el\u00e9ctrico y se conectan las piezas golpeando un pasador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los \u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos y los contaminantes se eliminan junto con el metal l\u00edquido. La calidad de esta conexi\u00f3n es suficiente para soportar cargas significativas.<\/p>\n<p>Se ha desarrollado un sistema para mantener autom\u00e1ticamente la separaci\u00f3n del arco de soldadura, lo que aumenta significativamente la eficiencia del proceso de uni\u00f3n. Esta tecnolog\u00eda se basa en las leyes de la f\u00edsica: el arco el\u00e9ctrico se mueve en un campo magn\u00e9tico transversal. Este campo es generado por imanes permanentes entre los extremos de las piezas que se sueldan. La velocidad relativamente alta del arco hace que su potencia se redistribuya por toda la superficie de la pieza. Esto garantiza un calentamiento uniforme de los extremos que se sueldan. Para maximizar el calentamiento de la superficie, la separaci\u00f3n del arco entre los extremos de las piezas se mantiene dentro de unos l\u00edmites espec\u00edficos. <strong>Soldadura por arco prensado <\/strong>En el mundo moderno, la soldadura ha avanzado mucho. Los equipos de soldadura pueden funcionar de dos maneras:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Acelerado;<\/li>\n<li>Dugov.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>El m\u00e9todo acelerado es muy r\u00e1pido y permite el uso de pernos con cualquier punta. La pieza puede soldarse a una superficie met\u00e1lica sucia o grasosa, siempre que el espesor no supere los 0,6 mm. Un gas de protecci\u00f3n protege el ba\u00f1o de fusi\u00f3n. El uso de gas de protecci\u00f3n es especialmente importante al soldar aluminio. Los pernos que se sueldan pueden ser de diversos materiales y tama\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo de arco no difiere mucho del m\u00e9todo acelerado. Se utiliza para soldar pernos superpuestos de diversas formas geom\u00e9tricas a una superficie met\u00e1lica, cuyo espesor debe ser al menos 1\/4 del di\u00e1metro del perno. Se utilizan arandelas cer\u00e1micas para proteger el ba\u00f1o de soldadura de influencias externas. <strong>Soldadura por arco prensado <\/strong>\u00a0Suelda metales de forma segura con el equipo de soldadura Alpha 850 de alta precisi\u00f3n, que utiliza un m\u00e9todo de arco de ciclo corto y prolongado.
