Dependiendo del incumplimiento de ciertas normas y condiciones para una soldadura de alta calidad, aparecen los defectos correspondientes. Adem\u00e1s del deterioro externo de la apariencia de la soldadura, los defectos tambi\u00e9n incluyen bolsas de aire o escoria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Defectos en las uniones durante la soldadura por fusi\u00f3n de metales <\/strong>se clasifican en seis grupos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grietas;<\/li>\n<li>Poros, cavidades;<\/li>\n<li>Mala penetraci\u00f3n y soldaduras;<\/li>\n<li>Inclusiones s\u00f3lidas;<\/li>\n<li>Distorsi\u00f3n de la forma de la costura;<\/li>\n<li>Otros defectos que no son inmediatamente perceptibles, como quemaduras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Los defectos mencionados anteriormente pueden presentarse individualmente o en m\u00faltiples ocasiones en una misma soldadura. La cantidad y la gravedad de estos defectos dependen del n\u00famero de normas y est\u00e1ndares de soldadura infringidos, as\u00ed como de la calidad del equipo y la experiencia del soldador.<\/p>\n<h2>Defectos en las uniones durante la soldadura por fusi\u00f3n de metales: principales causas y m\u00e9todos para combatirlos.<\/h2>\n<p>A pesar de la gran cantidad de defectos potenciales, la soldadura por fusi\u00f3n es un m\u00e9todo excelente para unir piezas. Para eliminar por completo o minimizar los defectos de soldadura, se garantiza el estricto cumplimiento de todos los requisitos del proceso establecidos por las normas GOST e ISO.<\/p>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1n implementando medidas para mejorar la cualificaci\u00f3n de los soldadores, mediante la organizaci\u00f3n de cursos y clases de capacitaci\u00f3n especializada. Para reducir los defectos y los problemas de calidad de la soldadura, es fundamental mantener el equipo en buen estado y utilizar consumibles de alta calidad. Las principales causas de defectos son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baja calidad del equipo;<\/li>\n<li>Baja calidad de los consumibles (alambre, electrodos, gas, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Baja cualificaci\u00f3n o falta de experiencia del soldador;<\/li>\n<li>Violaci\u00f3n de las reglas para realizar soldadura por fusi\u00f3n (se funde escoria, las piezas se colocan de forma inc\u00f3moda, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Baja calidad del metal de las piezas soldadas (corrosi\u00f3n, \u00f3xidos, restos de pintura, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En consecuencia, para <strong>Defectos en las uniones durante la soldadura por fusi\u00f3n de metales\u00a0<\/strong>se redujeron o se redujeron a cero, es necesario tener en cuenta las razones de la aparici\u00f3n de las deficiencias descritas anteriormente y
