Esta aleaci\u00f3n se clasifica como acero de calidad est\u00e1ndar, se funde en hornos b\u00e1sicos de ox\u00edgeno y se considera econ\u00f3mica debido a sus costos de producci\u00f3n relativamente bajos. Sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas son significativamente inferiores a las de otras aleaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de acero tambi\u00e9n se considera un acero de temple, lo que significa que requiere un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico adicional, que incluye temple y revenido a alta temperatura. El acero con contenido medio de carbono puede alear, lo que le confiere propiedades mec\u00e1nicas \u00fanicas. La adici\u00f3n de manganeso aumenta la resistencia del acero y le confiere altas propiedades el\u00e1sticas; estas propiedades se adquieren tras el temple, el revenido y, en ocasiones, la normalizaci\u00f3n. Las aleaciones de esta clase presentan una templabilidad profunda.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>El acero de bajo carbono y baja aleaci\u00f3n se utiliza en ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica tras el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, el temple y el revenido. Algunos grados tambi\u00e9n se revenen y normalizan. Esto permite la fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas que operan en condiciones de fricci\u00f3n relativamente alta, con vibraciones y cargas est\u00e1ticas elevadas. El acero estructural de bajo carbono se utiliza con \u00e9xito en piezas de maquinaria, pero requiere un mayor refinamiento. Se utiliza para fabricar embragues de freno de funcionamiento en seco y piezas sujetas a altas cargas de fricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a que esta aleaci\u00f3n mantiene una alta dureza y excelentes propiedades de corte durante mucho tiempo, se utiliza para fabricar herramientas de corte. El contenido de silicio aumenta la resistencia a la vez que reduce la tenacidad, lo que resulta en una menor templabilidad de las piezas. Este tipo de aleaci\u00f3n se utiliza para fabricar resortes. La presencia de cromo y manganeso en el acero de medio carbono tambi\u00e9n aumenta la resistencia y la resistencia al desgaste. El metal es soldable, lo que lo hace adecuado para crear estructuras o componentes soldados duraderos.<\/p>\n<h2>Grados de acero de carbono medio<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>Los grados de acero con contenido medio de carbono est\u00e1n regulados por GOST: GOST 1050-75, GOST 380-71.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Seg\u00fan las normas establecidas, todas las aleaciones se dividen en grupos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A - suministrado seg\u00fan propiedades mec\u00e1nicas;<\/li>\n<li>B - por composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica;<\/li>\n<li>B \u2013 seg\u00fan las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, pero teniendo en cuenta los requisitos individuales de composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los grados de acero con contenido medio de carbono del grupo A tienen los siguientes nombres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arte. 0;<\/li>\n<li>Arte. 1;<\/li>\n<li>Arte. 2;<\/li>\n<li>Arte. 3;<\/li>\n<li>Arte. 4;<\/li>\n<li>Arte. 5;<\/li>\n<li>Arte. 6;<\/li>\n<li>Arte. 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si la aleaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en ebullici\u00f3n se indica la abreviatura \u201ckp\u201d, semi-calmada \u2013 \u201cps\u201d, en ausencia de abreviatura se debe asumir que el acero est\u00e1 calmado.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Los grados de acero con contenido medio de carbono del grupo B se producen mediante m\u00e9todos de convertidor, Bessemer y de hogar abierto.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Al marcar, el m\u00e9todo de producci\u00f3n se indica mediante una abreviatura de letras:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&quot;M&quot; - hogar abierto;<\/li>\n<li>&quot;B&quot; Bessemer;<\/li>\n<li>Sobre &quot;K&quot;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el grupo de acero Bessemer B, se acostumbra a producir \u00fanicamente los siguientes grados: BSt. O, BSt. 3, BSt. 4, BSt. 5, BSt. 6.<\/p>\n<p>Los aceros de medio carbono del grupo B se producen mediante los procesos de conversi\u00f3n y de hogar abierto. Se aceptan los siguientes grados para el acero de hogar abierto del grupo B: VMSt. 2, VMSt. 3, VMSt. 4 y VMSt. 5. Para el acero de conversi\u00f3n del grupo B, estos mismos grados se designan con la letra &quot;K&quot; (VKSt. 2, VKSt. 3).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full
