El acero aleado se divide en tres clases principales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de baja aleaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>alta aleaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>aleaci\u00f3n media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los aceros aleados se clasifican seg\u00fan el porcentaje de elementos de aleaci\u00f3n. Cada uno de estos tipos de acero se produce mediante metalurgia, pero en algunos casos, la aleaci\u00f3n solo se realiza en una superficie espec\u00edfica para conferir las propiedades de resistencia requeridas a los productos y componentes. El acero aleado adquiere sus propiedades en diversas etapas de la producci\u00f3n del metal, a medida que se a\u00f1aden elementos de aleaci\u00f3n. El acero aleado puede incluir uno o m\u00e1s elementos de aleaci\u00f3n, que aumentan su resistencia estructural. Los n\u00fameros al principio del nombre del grado indican el contenido de carbono del material. Dos n\u00fameros indican cent\u00e9simas de porcentaje; un n\u00famero indica d\u00e9cimas. <strong>Marcado de aceros aleados<\/strong> Puede tener designaciones adicionales. Por ejemplo, se incluyen las siguientes designaciones comunes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P \u2014 alta velocidad;<\/li>\n<li>\u0428 \u2013 rodamiento de bolas;<\/li>\n<li>A - autom\u00e1tico;<\/li>\n<li>L - obtenido por fundici\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>E \u2014 ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El contenido de nitr\u00f3geno se indica con la letra A en el centro del grado. Dos A (AA) indican la composici\u00f3n del acero ultrapuro y aparecen al final. El acero de alta calidad termina con la letra \u0428. Ejemplos de marcas de acero aleado:<\/p>\n<p>18\u0425\u0413\u0422 significa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0,18% C;<\/li>\n<li>1% Cr;<\/li>\n<li>1% Mn;<\/li>\n<li>0,1% Ti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El acero 30KhGSA contiene:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0,30% C;<\/li>\n<li>0,8-1,1% Cr;<\/li>\n<li>0,9-1,2% Mn;<\/li>\n<li>0,8-1,25% Si.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Prop\u00f3sito de los aceros aleados<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Prop\u00f3sito de los aceros aleados<\/strong> La gama de aceros aleados es muy diversa, ya que, con los aditivos de aleaci\u00f3n adecuados, este acero es capaz de soportar una amplia gama de cargas, a diferencia del acero est\u00e1ndar. La mayor\u00eda de las propiedades se pueden ajustar a\u00f1adiendo los elementos de aleaci\u00f3n adecuados. El prop\u00f3sito principal de los aceros aleados es la fabricaci\u00f3n de instrumental quir\u00fargico, equipos de joyer\u00eda, diversas estructuras met\u00e1licas, refuerzos para construcci\u00f3n, maquinaria industrial y mecanismos sometidos a cargas elevadas. Se clasifican en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de baja aleaci\u00f3n y contienen hasta 2,5% elementos de aleaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>de aleaci\u00f3n media, que tiene de 2,5 a 10% elementos de aleaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>Los de alta aleaci\u00f3n tienen entre 10 y 50% de dichos elementos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Tipos de acero aleado <\/strong>Var\u00edan. Se clasifican seg\u00fan el porcentaje de componentes de alto rendimiento, como circonio, vanadio, t\u00e1ntalo y otros elementos qu\u00edmicos, como el carbono, as\u00ed como sus caracter\u00edsticas estructurales.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ledeburita \u2013 presencia de carburos primarios;<\/li>\n<li>eutectoide \u2013 la estructura del metal es perl\u00edtica;<\/li>\n<li>hipereutectoide \u2013 presencia de carburos secundarios;<\/li>\n<li>hipoeutectoide: hay exceso de ferrita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dependiendo del grado de uso y finalidad los aceros se clasifican en: estructurales, para herramientas y con propiedades especiales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipos de acero aleado<\/strong> Estos tambi\u00e9n incluyen los aceros inoxidables, que presentan una excelente resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y electroqu\u00edmica. Los aceros especiales resistentes al calor ofrecen buena resistencia a la degradaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica en un entorno gaseoso a temperaturas superiores a 500 \u00b0C, pero funcionan con cargas ligeras o sin carga. Los aceros resistentes al calor funcionan con cargas pesadas durante un per\u00edodo considerable, manteniendo una resistencia t\u00e9rmica suficiente.
