Aunque el calentamiento puede combinarse, tanto la pieza de trabajo como la herramienta se calientan simult\u00e1neamente. La temperatura establecida se mantiene constante durante todo el proceso y es inferior a la temperatura eut\u00e9ctica de los materiales que se unen. La presi\u00f3n sobre las piezas es baja, pero suficiente para la difusi\u00f3n del metal. <strong>Termocompresi\u00f3n<\/strong> El m\u00e9todo incluye tres m\u00e9todos de calentamiento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Calentador especial;<\/li>\n<li>2. Calentar con herramienta de soldar;<\/li>\n<li>3. El extremo de la herramienta tiene una cabeza con la forma correspondiente, hecha de metales duros: tungsteno, carburo, acero y zafiro. La uni\u00f3n resultante es bastante resistente, de alta calidad y con buena conductividad el\u00e9ctrica. Esto tambi\u00e9n se ve facilitado por la limpieza del alambre y del sustrato. El principio de soldadura es simple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2014 el punz\u00f3n, que tiene una punta dura, se calienta con una fuente de calor a 300 grados, la mesa se calienta a 450 grados, si es necesario;<\/li>\n<li>\u2014 con un movimiento alternativo presiona el cable contra la superficie del semiconductor;<\/li>\n<li>\u2014 bajo presi\u00f3n, para facilitar la deformaci\u00f3n por cizallamiento, se crean vibraciones ultras\u00f3nicas transversales;<\/li>\n<li>\u2014 tiempo de compresi\u00f3n de hasta 2 segundos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Soldadura por termocompresi\u00f3n<\/strong> Se utiliza ampliamente en electr\u00f3nica y microelectr\u00f3nica. En este campo, este tipo de soldadura permite conservar todas las propiedades de los conductores sin afectar su conductividad el\u00e9ctrica. La compresi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica se utiliza para unir oro y germanio, oro y silicio, y aluminio y plata. Las desventajas de este tipo de soldadura incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2014 resistencia relativa del alambre soldado;<\/li>\n<li>\u2014 dificultad para automatizar el proceso;<\/li>\n<li>- la minuciosidad del control del propio proceso de soldadura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ventajas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2014 la posibilidad de soldar materiales blandos;<\/li>\n<li>\u2014 durabilidad de la herramienta de soldadura;<\/li>\n<li>- f\u00e1cil control del proceso;<\/li>\n<li>- No necesita soldaduras ni fundentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>M\u00e1quina de soldadura por termocompresi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1quina de soldadura por termocompresi\u00f3n<\/strong> Esto permite una tecnolog\u00eda de proceso de alta calidad con diversos espesores de alambre y sustrato. Algunas marcas de estas unidades incluyen &quot;Kontakt-1A&quot;, &quot;EM-422&quot;, &quot;EM422A&quot; y &quot;EM-439A&quot;.
