Este m\u00e9todo se utiliza ampliamente para unir varillas, rieles y tuber\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Existen dos m\u00e9todos para realizar dicha soldadura:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Precalentamiento y uni\u00f3n por compresi\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>La conexi\u00f3n de un estado ya pl\u00e1stico con compresi\u00f3n y fusi\u00f3n simult\u00e1neas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Proceso <strong>soldadura a presi\u00f3n de gas <\/strong>El proceso se desarrolla de la siguiente manera: antes de soldar, se deben limpiar los extremos de la pieza de trabajo y, a continuaci\u00f3n, la superficie. La pieza se calienta intensamente con un soplete de acetileno. Una vez alcanzada la temperatura requerida, las piezas se presionan y se sueldan. El consumo de gas combustible para calentar la uni\u00f3n de las secciones s\u00f3lidas es de 1,5 a 2,5 l\/h (mm).<sup>\u00bb<\/sup> Para tuber\u00edas de calefacci\u00f3n de 1,8 - 2,2 l\/h. mm<sup>\u00bb<\/sup>Los sopletes calientan uniformemente la pieza soldada y se dividen en de extremo y de herradura, que utilizan el m\u00e9todo de fusi\u00f3n. Al soldar en estado pl\u00e1stico, se aplica cierta presi\u00f3n a las piezas listas para soldar y se enciende el soplete, tras lo cual las piezas se calientan y comprimen simult\u00e1neamente. La se\u00f1al para detener la aplicaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n es la formaci\u00f3n de un engrosamiento en la uni\u00f3n debido al recalcado. Una sujeci\u00f3n de alta calidad de las piezas y el recalcado requieren dispositivos especializados de diversa complejidad, a menudo controlados hidr\u00e1ulicamente.<\/p>\n<p>Para el proceso <strong>soldadura a presi\u00f3n de gas <\/strong>necesario:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un quemador multillama especial con decenas o incluso cientos de llamas que emanan de canales de 0,5 a 0,8 mm. El tama\u00f1o y la configuraci\u00f3n del quemador se adaptan a la forma y el tama\u00f1o del producto.<\/li>\n<li>una mezcla inflamable de acetileno y ox\u00edgeno, que produce altas temperaturas en el metal, es excelente para este prop\u00f3sito<\/li>\n<li>Dispositivo hidr\u00e1ulico de sujeci\u00f3n de piezas de trabajo, dispositivos necesarios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Este m\u00e9todo de soldadura se utiliza para unir tuber\u00edas de acero para gasoductos y oleoductos con di\u00e1metros de 50 a 600 mm. Cuando el proceso est\u00e1 bien organizado, la pieza est\u00e1 bien preparada y calibrada con precisi\u00f3n, el tiempo de soldadura puede variar de 3 a 5 minutos. Este m\u00e9todo permite un trabajo de muy alta calidad y precisi\u00f3n, lo que resulta en soldaduras duraderas. La principal desventaja de este m\u00e9todo de soldadura es la naturaleza aproximada de las caracter\u00edsticas (es decir, el tiempo de recalcado y la temperatura de calentamiento se determinan a simple vista por un soldador experimentado) y el calentamiento desigual de la pieza de trabajo. Tambi\u00e9n es necesario un tratamiento t\u00e9rmico adicional para impartir las propiedades deseadas al metal en la uni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ventajas <strong>Soldadura a presi\u00f3n de gas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ausencia en el material de relleno;<\/li>\n<li>no necesita una fuente de energ\u00eda potente;<\/li>\n<li>La calidad de las costuras es muy alta;<\/li>\n<li>equipo
