Des courants haute fr\u00e9quence, allant de quelques dizaines de Hz \u00e0 quelques centaines de kHz, sont utilis\u00e9s pour ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9\u00a0; ils sont particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;introduction dans le m\u00e9tal. En pratique, ce type de courant, fourni par une machine ou un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur \u00e0 tube \u00e0 vide, est syst\u00e9matiquement utilis\u00e9. Ce type de soudage ne dure que quelques secondes, car le chauffage est ind\u00e9pendant de l&#039;\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau ou de sa conductivit\u00e9 thermique. La consommation d&#039;\u00e9nergie est plus \u00e9conomique car la chaleur est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e au niveau des surfaces \u00e0 assembler.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type de soudage est souvent utilis\u00e9 dans la production de tubes en acier. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur r\u00e9sistance inductive \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le courant haute fr\u00e9quence ne se propage pas sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, et les tubes sont sertis et soud\u00e9s. <strong>Soudage par induction des m\u00e9taux<\/strong>, \u00e0 savoir les tuyaux, est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en pla\u00e7ant les pi\u00e8ces dans l&#039;inducteur.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Lorsque les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 souder traversent l&#039;inducteur, des courants de Foucault sont induits au niveau du joint, circulant en sens inverse du courant dans l&#039;inducteur. Sur leur trajet, les courants rencontrent l&#039;espace du joint et sont dirig\u00e9s vers lui. Le courant se concentre principalement sur les surfaces \u00e0 souder, chauffant rapidement le m\u00e9tal \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de soudage requise.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipements pour ce type de soudage ont diverses applications, mais leur principe de fonctionnement repose sur l&#039;application d&#039;un courant au m\u00e9tal pour le chauffer et le souder \u00e0 l&#039;endroit souhait\u00e9, avec rapidit\u00e9 et fiabilit\u00e9. L&#039;\u00e9quipement \u00e0 induction Termomaccin est populaire dans la production de tubes. Il est con\u00e7u pour le recuit et le soudage de tubes lisses nervur\u00e9s en acier au carbone et en acier inoxydable, ainsi que pour le formage \u00e0 chaud, le recuit des tubes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration et le recuit des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de tubes hydroform\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soudage par induction des m\u00e9taux <\/strong>comprend le sch\u00e9ma de fonctionnement de base :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les bords des soudures doivent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9s jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;ils brillent, bien que du tartre soit admis ;<\/li>\n<li>Pour am\u00e9liorer l&#039;effet de chauffage, un noyau magn\u00e9tique en ferrite est introduit dans l&#039;\u00e9bauche tubulaire ;<\/li>\n<li>Un courant est fourni, pouvant atteindre des centaines de kHz, pour chauffer fortement le m\u00e9tal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9paisseur des tubes soud\u00e9s varie de 0,5 \u00e0 15 mm pour les aciers \u00e0 haute et basse teneur en carbone. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour les alliages inoxydables et r\u00e9sistants aux acides, les tubes en cuivre, le bronze, le laiton et les composants en alliage d&#039;aluminium. Il est \u00e0 noter qu&#039;avec l&#039;augmentation du diam\u00e8tre des tubes, l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 des inducteurs externes diminue consid\u00e9rablement. L&#039;utilisation d&#039;inducteurs internes r\u00e9duit les pertes \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du tube. Le soudage par induction constitue une excellente alternative au soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc et au soudage par r\u00e9sistance dans la production industrielle. Il est utilis\u00e9 dans la construction m\u00e9canique, la construction de b\u00e2timents, la production p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et l&#039;industrie gazi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Avantages <strong>soudage par induction des m\u00e9taux<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la vitesse de chauffage du m\u00e9tal dure plusieurs secondes ;<\/li>\n<li>augmentation de la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&#039;inducteur ;<\/li>\n<li>le cordon de soudure est propre, il n&#039;y a pas de rayures ;<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e9thode de soudage hautement automatis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les inconv\u00e9nients sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il est difficile de maintenir un espace uniforme entre l\u2019inducteur et la surface de la pi\u00e8ce\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 concentrer la chaleur dans la zone de
