Dans cette m\u00e9thode, les surfaces \u00e0 assembler pr\u00e9sentent des reliefs sp\u00e9cialement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Ces reliefs peuvent \u00eatre situ\u00e9s sur une seule pi\u00e8ce ou sur les deux. <strong>Soudage par points par projection <\/strong>Utilis\u00e9 dans la construction automobile, l&#039;\u00e9lectronique et d&#039;autres industries, il constitue un moyen pratique de fixer des supports aux pi\u00e8ces en t\u00f4le, ainsi que des goujons, des boulons et des \u00e9crous. En \u00e9lectrotechnique industrielle, il sert \u00e0 fixer des fils \u00e0 des composants fins.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Le processus technologique se d\u00e9roule dans l\u2019ordre suivant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des reliefs sont pr\u00e9-estamp\u00e9s sur la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 souder. Ces saillies peuvent \u00eatre annulaires, circulaires, oblongues ou autres. Le relief m\u00e9tallique doit \u00eatre suffisamment propre et exempt de toute salet\u00e9 ou tache de graisse. Diverses impuret\u00e9s en surface emp\u00eachent un chauffage ad\u00e9quat et une liaison solide.<\/li>\n<li>Les pi\u00e8ces sont ensuite serr\u00e9es. Ces pinces servent d&#039;\u00e9lectrodes en forme de plaque. Un courant \u00e9lectrique est appliqu\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Le courant de soudage chauffe intens\u00e9ment les protub\u00e9rances, qui commencent \u00e0 subir une d\u00e9formation plastique. La r\u00e9sistance de contact diminue et la zone de fusion augmente.<\/li>\n<li>Le courant de soudage est coup\u00e9 lorsque la zone fondue atteint la taille requise. La compression produit le joint. La cristallisation des m\u00e9taux \u00e0 assembler se produit dans la zone fondue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contrairement au soudage par r\u00e9sistance, le soudage par projection d\u00e9termine le joint par la taille et la forme de la projection, et non par la surface de l&#039;\u00e9lectrode de soudage. Cette m\u00e9thode permet d&#039;obtenir des \u00e9lectrodes de soudage plus durables, car la surface de contact est plus grande et le courant est concentr\u00e9 sur les reliefs de la
