Le soudage peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des \u00e9lectrodes consommables ou non. L&#039;option la plus courante est <strong>soudage automatique \u00e0 l&#039;arc sous argon <\/strong>\u00c9lectrode non consommable. Une \u00e9lectrode en tungst\u00e8ne est utilis\u00e9e comme pi\u00e8ce non consommable. Il existe plusieurs types de soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc sous argon\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AAD \u2013 soudage automatique \u00e0 l\u2019arc sous argon avec une \u00e9lectrode non consommable ;<\/li>\n<li>RAD \u2013 soudage manuel \u00e0 l\u2019arc sous argon utilisant une \u00e9lectrode non consommable ;<\/li>\n<li>AADP \u2013 soudage automatique \u00e0 l\u2019arc sous argon utilisant une \u00e9lectrode consommable.<\/li>\n<li>Le soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc sous argon utilisant une \u00e9lectrode en tungst\u00e8ne a ses propres d\u00e9signations :<\/li>\n<li>GTAW \u2013 soudage \u00e0 l\u2019arc sous gaz tungst\u00e8ne (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) ;<\/li>\n<li>TIG \u2013 soudage au gaz inerte au tungst\u00e8ne (TungstenInertGas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Caract\u00e9ristiques du soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc sous argon<\/h2>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Travailler sur le soudage de pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques \u00e0 l&#039;aide <strong>soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc sous argon<\/strong> Le soudage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans un environnement d&#039;argon, pratiquement non r\u00e9actif avec l&#039;air. De plus, l&#039;argon \u00e9tant plus dense que l&#039;air, le gaz inerte chasse compl\u00e8tement l&#039;air et, par cons\u00e9quent, l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne du milieu de soudage. La soudure est ainsi parfaitement prot\u00e9g\u00e9e des r\u00e9actions d&#039;oxydation, ce qui \u00e9limine les oxydes et la formation importante de laitier au point de soudure.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage implique un gaz inerte descendant qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre directement dans le bain de fusion. Ce gaz \u00e9limine compl\u00e8tement l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne de la soudure. Le chauffage et la fusion du m\u00e9tal sont obtenus par la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&#039;un arc entre l&#039;\u00e9lectrode et la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Il est important de noter que l&#039;arc qui fait fondre le m\u00e9tal affecte non seulement les pi\u00e8ces, mais aussi le fil d&#039;apport utilis\u00e9 pour combler les joints et les vides. Le remplissage des joints repose sur le transfert par jet et globulaire du mat\u00e9riau d&#039;apport. Pour r\u00e9ussir ce processus, il est important de se rappeler que le transfert par jet n&#039;est possible qu&#039;avec un courant d&#039;arc de 260 A, tandis que le transfert globulaire est possible avec un courant d&#039;arc de 120 \u00e0 240 A. Ceci \u00e9limine le besoin de revenu apr\u00e8s assemblage. Un autre avantage significatif <strong>le soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc sous argon est<\/strong> Possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc sous argon automatis\u00e9. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 peut \u00eatre facilement automatis\u00e9 et optimis\u00e9 pour une qualit\u00e9 et une productivit\u00e9 optimales.<\/p>\n<p>Les inconv\u00e9nients suivants du soudage \u00e0 l\u2019arc sous argon doivent \u00eatre soulign\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 souffler le cordon de soudure avec de l&#039;argon inerte m\u00eame apr\u00e8s l&#039;arr\u00eat de l&#039;arc ; la temp\u00e9rature sur le site de soudage doit chuter \u00e0 400 degr\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>impossibilit\u00e9 d&#039;utilisation <strong>soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc
