En cas de non-respect de certaines r\u00e8gles et conditions de soudage de haute qualit\u00e9, des d\u00e9fauts correspondants apparaissent. Outre la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de l&#039;aspect ext\u00e9rieur de la soudure, des poches d&#039;air ou de laitier peuvent \u00e9galement appara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9fauts dans les joints lors du soudage par fusion des m\u00e9taux <\/strong>sont class\u00e9s en six groupes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fissures;<\/li>\n<li>Pores, cavit\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>Mauvaise p\u00e9n\u00e9tration et soudures ;<\/li>\n<li>Inclusions solides;<\/li>\n<li>Distorsion de la forme de la couture ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u2019autres d\u00e9fauts qui ne sont pas imm\u00e9diatement perceptibles, comme les br\u00fblures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Les d\u00e9fauts mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus peuvent appara\u00eetre individuellement ou en multiples au sein d&#039;une m\u00eame soudure. Leur nombre et leur gravit\u00e9 d\u00e9pendent du nombre de r\u00e8gles et normes de soudage non respect\u00e9es, ainsi que de la qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9quipement et de l&#039;exp\u00e9rience du soudeur.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9fauts dans les joints lors du soudage par fusion des m\u00e9taux - les principales causes et les m\u00e9thodes pour les combattre<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le grand nombre de d\u00e9fauts potentiels, le soudage par fusion est une excellente m\u00e9thode d&#039;assemblage de pi\u00e8ces. Pour \u00e9liminer ou minimiser compl\u00e8tement les d\u00e9fauts de soudure, le strict respect de toutes les exigences de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u00e9finies par les normes GOST et ISO est assur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Des mesures sont \u00e9galement prises pour am\u00e9liorer les qualifications des soudeurs, avec l&#039;organisation de formations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9fauts et les probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 de soudure, il est \u00e9galement important de maintenir les \u00e9quipements en bon \u00e9tat et d&#039;utiliser des consommables de haute qualit\u00e9. Les principales causes de d\u00e9fauts sont les suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faible qualit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements ;<\/li>\n<li>Faible qualit\u00e9 des consommables (fil, \u00e9lectrodes, gaz, etc.) ;<\/li>\n<li>Faible qualification ou manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience du soudeur ;<\/li>\n<li>Violation des r\u00e8gles d&#039;ex\u00e9cution du soudage par fusion (laitier fondu, pi\u00e8ces mal positionn\u00e9es, etc.) ;<\/li>\n<li>Faible qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal des pi\u00e8ces soud\u00e9es (corrosion, oxydes, r\u00e9sidus de peinture, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, afin de
