Il contient du mangan\u00e8se et du silicium, mais en raison de leurs faibles pourcentages (mangan\u00e8se\u00a0: pas plus de 11 TP3T, silicium\u00a0: pas plus de 0,81 TP3T), ils n&#039;ont pas d&#039;effet d&#039;alliage notable sur le mat\u00e9riau. <strong>Acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone <\/strong>Il se distingue par sa douceur et sa faible teneur en mangan\u00e8se.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La souplesse de cet alliage emp\u00eache une finition de surface pr\u00e9cise. Cependant, sa souplesse, sa t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 et sa ductilit\u00e9 permettent de fabriquer des \u00e9bauches et des pi\u00e8ces c\u00e9ment\u00e9es pour soudage\/c\u00e9mentation ult\u00e9rieurs. L&#039;usinabilit\u00e9 de cet alliage est tr\u00e8s faible et la surface de la pi\u00e8ce est tr\u00e8s rugueuse. L&#039;usinage de pr\u00e9cision est donc assez difficile.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone <\/strong>Ils ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique \u00e9lev\u00e9e. En revanche, leur ductilit\u00e9 et leur t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les nuances d&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone sont parfois utilis\u00e9es pour les produits c\u00e9ment\u00e9s, qui n\u00e9cessitent une c\u00e9mentation suppl\u00e9mentaire pour atteindre la duret\u00e9 requise et conf\u00e9rer une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;usure lors des transformations ult\u00e9rieures. Les produits fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de cet acier sont soudables et forg\u00e9s avec une excellente r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#039;acier faiblement alli\u00e9 <\/strong>Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s ne permettent pas une utilisation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de ce m\u00e9tal. Cependant, les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de normalisation et d&#039;\u00e9tirage \u00e0 froid peuvent am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement l&#039;\u00e9tat de surface. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur bonne ductilit\u00e9 (\u03b4 = 33\u202623%), les aciers bas carbone peuvent \u00eatre form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid avec succ\u00e8s sans perte de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, car les contraintes locales sont uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parties et les fissures ne se forment pas. Cet acier est facilement durcissable et soudable.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone<\/strong> pr\u00e9sentent un certain nombre d\u2019inconv\u00e9nients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>faible r\u00e9sistance Te = 330\u2026460 MPa, Sto.2 = 200\u2026280 MPa ;<\/li>\n<li>faible r\u00e9sistance aux chocs;<\/li>\n<li>Il est tr\u00e8s sensible au vieillissement m\u00e9canique, car il subit une concentration de contraintes sous des charges r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es, il n&#039;est donc pas utilis\u00e9 pour fabriquer des produits soumis \u00e0 des charges r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Nuances d&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone et leurs principales applications<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuance d&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone<\/strong> Selon sa composition, il a des applications industrielles sp\u00e9cifiques. Ce type d&#039;alliage comprend les alliages 05 kp, 08, 10 et 10 ps, activement utilis\u00e9s pour la production de rondelles, de joints et d&#039;autres composants structurels et m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 faible charge. Selon le cas <strong>marque<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone<\/strong> <strong>acier<\/strong>Cet alliage trouve des applications dans diverses industries. Par exemple, sa grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue statique due \u00e0 l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne est d\u00e9montr\u00e9e par\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20;<\/li>\n<li>VMStZsp;<\/li>\n<li>C75;<\/li>\n<li>APS 10M4;<\/li>\n<li>18X1PMF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suivant <strong>marques<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone<\/strong> <strong>acier<\/strong> sont utilis\u00e9s comme ciment\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10;<\/li>\n<li>15;<\/li>\n<li>20.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans la production d&#039;engrenages avec c\u00e9mentation ult\u00e9rieure, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants sont utilis\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>St20;<\/li>\n<li>St20G.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alliages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EP620;<\/li>\n<li>EP355;<\/li>\n<li>Les 03 sont utilis\u00e9s comme \u00e9bauches de charge et produits sous forme de tiges de diff\u00e9rentes tailles. Cet additif de charge est utilis\u00e9 dans la fusion d&#039;alliages sp\u00e9ciaux pour la production de pi\u00e8ces individuelles et de produits lamin\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour cr\u00e9er des structures soud\u00e9es, on utilise : <strong>nuances d&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>St0;<\/li>\n<li>St1sp;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tapes 1;<\/li>\n<li>St1kp;<\/li>\n<li>St2sp;<\/li>\n<li>St2ps;<\/li>\n<li>2e ann\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li>St3sp;<\/li>\n<li>Classe ST3 (GOST 380) ;<\/li>\n<li>acier 10;<\/li>\n<li>acier 15;<\/li>\n<li>acier 20 (GOST 1050);<\/li>\n<li>S235-S295;<\/li>\n<li>P235-P295 (EN 10025, EN 10027-1, EN 10028-2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour les alliages produits dans les pays de la CEI, ainsi que conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e9glementations GOST \u00e9tablies, le marquage de l&#039;acier est effectu\u00e9 comme suit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>la lettre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le nom de la marque indique le groupe auquel appartient l\u2019alliage (il y a trois groupes au total, A, B, C ; le groupe \u00ab A \u00bb n\u2019est pas indiqu\u00e9 sur le marquage) ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab St \u00bb ou \u00ab acier \u00bb indique que l&#039;alliage est courant ;<\/li>\n<li>le premier chiffre de la marque indique le num\u00e9ro GOST, un nombre compris entre 0 et 6\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9soxydation est indiqu\u00e9 par les abr\u00e9viations suivantes : \u00ab sp \u00bb, \u00ab ps \u00bb, \u00ab kp \u00bb (dans le cas des aciers du groupe \u00ab A \u00bb, la d\u00e9signation \u00ab sp \u00bb n&#039;est pas indiqu\u00e9e et est prise comme telle par d\u00e9faut) ;<\/li>\n<li>le chiffre suivant est le num\u00e9ro de cat\u00e9gorie d&#039;acier, selon GOST de 0 \u00e0 6. La premi\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie n&#039;est pas indiqu\u00e9e dans la d\u00e9signation ;<\/li>\n<li>Si le marquage contient un tiret entre le premier et le deuxi\u00e8me chiffre, cela signifie qu&#039;aucune exigence n&#039;a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;acier concernant le degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9soxydation.<strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full
