L&#039;acier alli\u00e9 se divise en trois grandes classes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>faiblement alli\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>alliage \u00e9lev\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>alliage moyen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les aciers alli\u00e9s sont class\u00e9s selon leur pourcentage d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;alliage. Chaque type d&#039;acier est produit par m\u00e9tallurgie, mais dans certains cas, l&#039;alliage ne peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 que sur une surface sp\u00e9cifique pour conf\u00e9rer aux produits et composants les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance requises. L&#039;acier alli\u00e9 acquiert ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de la production, par l&#039;ajout d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;alliage. L&#039;acier alli\u00e9 peut contenir un ou plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;alliage, ce qui augmente sa r\u00e9sistance structurelle. Il existe plusieurs types principaux d&#039;aciers alli\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>instrumental;<\/li>\n<li>de construction;<\/li>\n<li>acier aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques et physiques particuli\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Marquage des aciers alli\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Les aciers alli\u00e9s sont marqu\u00e9s par des lettres indiquant l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#039;alliage contenu dans l&#039;alliage et des chiffres indiquant le pourcentage moyen de cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment. Les chiffres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la nuance indiquent la teneur en carbone du mat\u00e9riau. Deux chiffres indiquent les centi\u00e8mes de pour cent\u00a0; un chiffre indique les dixi\u00e8mes. <strong>Marquage des aciers alli\u00e9s<\/strong> Peut avoir d&#039;autres d\u00e9signations. Par exemple, les d\u00e9signations courantes suivantes sont pr\u00e9sentes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P \u2014 grande vitesse;<\/li>\n<li>\u0428 \u2013 roulement \u00e0 billes;<\/li>\n<li>A - automatique;<\/li>\n<li>L - obtenu par moulage ;<\/li>\n<li>E \u2014 g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectrique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La teneur en azote est indiqu\u00e9e par la lettre A au milieu de la nuance. Deux A (AA) indiquent la composition de l&#039;acier ultra-pur et apparaissent \u00e0 la fin. L&#039;acier de haute qualit\u00e9 se termine par la lettre \u0428. Exemples de marquages pour l&#039;acier alli\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>18\u0425\u0413\u0422 signifie :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0,18% C;<\/li>\n<li>1% Cr;<\/li>\n<li>1% Mn;<\/li>\n<li>0,1% Ti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#039;acier 30KhGSA contient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0,30% C;<\/li>\n<li>0,8-1,1% Cr;<\/li>\n<li>0,9-1,2% Mn;<\/li>\n<li>0,8-1,25% Si.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Objectif des aciers alli\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Objectif des aciers alli\u00e9s<\/strong> La gamme d&#039;aciers alli\u00e9s est tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9e. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;ajout d&#039;additifs appropri\u00e9s, cet acier est capable de supporter une large gamme de charges, contrairement \u00e0 l&#039;acier standard. La plupart des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre ajust\u00e9es par l&#039;ajout d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments d&#039;alliage appropri\u00e9s. Les aciers alli\u00e9s sont principalement destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la fabrication d&#039;instruments chirurgicaux, d&#039;\u00e9quipements de bijouterie, de structures m\u00e9talliques diverses, de renforts de construction, de machines industrielles et de m\u00e9canismes soumis \u00e0 de fortes charges. Ils sont class\u00e9s selon le pourcentage de composants haute performance, tels que le zirconium, le vanadium, le tantale et d&#039;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques, comme le carbone, ainsi que selon des caract\u00e9ristiques structurelles sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00e9d\u00e9burite \u2013 pr\u00e9sence de carbures primaires ;<\/li>\n<li>eutecto\u00efde \u2013 la structure m\u00e9tallique est perlitique ;<\/li>\n<li>hypereutecto\u00efde \u2013 pr\u00e9sence de carbures secondaires ;<\/li>\n<li>hypoeutecto\u00efde \u2013 il y a un exc\u00e8s de ferrite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Selon le degr\u00e9 d&#039;utilisation et le but, les aciers sont class\u00e9s en : aciers de construction, aciers \u00e0 outils et aciers \u00e0 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Types d&#039;acier alli\u00e9<\/strong> Parmi ces aciers figurent \u00e9galement les aciers inoxydables, qui pr\u00e9sentent une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion chimique et \u00e9lectrochimique. Les aciers sp\u00e9ciaux r\u00e9fractaires offrent une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation chimique en milieu gazeux \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 500 \u00b0C, mais ils fonctionnent sous charge l\u00e9g\u00e8re ou nulle.
