Il s&#039;agit notamment des aciers au chrome-nickel, des alliages \u00e0 haute teneur en chrome, des m\u00e9taux non ferreux et de la fonte. Lors de la coupe de ces aciers, des oxydes tr\u00e8s durs \u00e0 point de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9 se forment, ce qui complique le processus de coupe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9coupe par oxy-flux <\/strong>Ce probl\u00e8me est r\u00e9solu en introduisant de la poudre de flux dans la zone de coupe avec de l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne. En br\u00fblant, le flux d\u00e9gage beaucoup plus de chaleur et augmente la temp\u00e9rature dans la zone de coupe. Les particules de flux br\u00fbl\u00e9es ramollissent \u00e9galement les scories d&#039;oxyde et les fluidifient, ce qui facilite leur \u00e9limination et am\u00e9liore la coupe ult\u00e9rieure du m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>La poudre de fer sert de fondant, lib\u00e9rant une grande quantit\u00e9 de chaleur lors de sa combustion, environ 1\u00a0800 kcal\/kg. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de d\u00e9coupe d\u00e9pend de la composition chimique et de la granulom\u00e9trie de cette poudre. Pour la d\u00e9coupe de l&#039;acier inoxydable, la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne, pr\u00e9sent sous forme d&#039;oxydes, ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 6%. Pour la d\u00e9coupe de la fonte, le fondant r\u00e9duit la teneur en carbone de l&#039;alliage et liqu\u00e9fie le laitier. On utilise \u00e0 cet effet un fondant contenant de la poudre de fer et d&#039;aluminium. On utilise \u00e9galement un fondant pour la d\u00e9coupe des m\u00e9taux non ferreux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 <strong>coupage par flux d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne <\/strong>Ils calculent la composition du flux pour la d\u00e9coupe du m\u00e9tal requis en fonction de son diagramme de phases, obtenant ainsi une composition de laitier pr\u00e9sentant un point de fusion et une viscosit\u00e9 minimum. <strong>coupage par flux d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne <\/strong>Ils diff\u00e8rent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement des chalumeaux d&#039;oxycoupage par un diam\u00e8tre plus large des canaux d&#039;alimentation en oxyg\u00e8ne. Ce type de d\u00e9coupe est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9coupe du b\u00e9ton et du b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, mais un flux \u00e0 rendement thermique sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui utilis\u00e9 pour le m\u00e9tal est utilis\u00e9. Pour \u00e9viter l&#039;inflammation du flux pendant <strong>coupage par flux d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne <\/strong>Dans un cutter, un r\u00e9servoir ou un tuyau, une poudre contenant moins de 96% de fer pur
