Cette m\u00e9thode est largement utilis\u00e9e pour l&#039;assemblage de tiges, de rails et de tuyaux.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux m\u00e9thodes de ce type de soudage :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joint de pr\u00e9chauffage et de compression ;<\/li>\n<li>La connexion d&#039;un \u00e9tat d\u00e9j\u00e0 plastique avec compression et fusion simultan\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Processus <strong>soudage sous pression de gaz <\/strong>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 se d\u00e9roule comme suit\u00a0: avant le soudage, les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la pi\u00e8ce doivent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9es, puis la surface doit \u00eatre propre. La pi\u00e8ce est chauff\u00e9e intens\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un chalumeau \u00e0 buse d&#039;ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne. Une fois la temp\u00e9rature requise atteinte, les pi\u00e8ces sont press\u00e9es et soud\u00e9es. La consommation de gaz combustible pour le chauffage des joints de sections pleines est de 1,5 \u00e0 2,5\u00a0l\/h (mm).<sup>\u00bb<\/sup> pour tuyaux de chauffage 1,8 - 2,2 l\/h. mm<sup>\u00bb<\/sup>Les chalumeaux chauffent uniform\u00e9ment la pi\u00e8ce soud\u00e9e et sont divis\u00e9s en chalumeaux \u00e0 extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et chalumeaux en fer \u00e0 cheval, qui utilisent la m\u00e9thode de fusion. Lors du soudage \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat plastique, une certaine pression est appliqu\u00e9e sur les pi\u00e8ces pr\u00eates \u00e0 souder et le chalumeau est allum\u00e9. Les pi\u00e8ces sont ensuite chauff\u00e9es et comprim\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment. Le signal d&#039;arr\u00eat de la pression est la formation d&#039;un \u00e9paississement au niveau du joint d\u00fb au refoulement. Un serrage et un refoulement de haute qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessitent des dispositifs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de complexit\u00e9 variable, souvent \u00e0 commande hydraulique.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le processus <strong>soudage sous pression de gaz <\/strong>n\u00e9cessaire:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un br\u00fbleur multi-flammes sp\u00e9cial, avec des dizaines, voire des centaines de flammes, \u00e9manant de canaux de 0,5 \u00e0 0,8 mm. Sa taille et sa configuration sont adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la forme et aux dimensions du produit.<\/li>\n<li>un m\u00e9lange inflammable d&#039;ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne et d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne, qui produit des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans le m\u00e9tal, il est excellent \u00e0 cet effet<\/li>\n<li>dispositif de serrage hydraulique de pi\u00e8ces, dispositifs n\u00e9cessaires<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode de soudage est utilis\u00e9e pour assembler des tubes en acier destin\u00e9s aux gazoducs et aux ol\u00e9oducs de 50 \u00e0 600 mm de diam\u00e8tre. Le chalumeau est constitu\u00e9 de deux demi-anneaux ind\u00e9pendants. Le temps de chauffe d\u00e9pend uniquement de l&#039;\u00e9paisseur de la paroi du m\u00e9tal, et non de son diam\u00e8tre. Par exemple, pour une paroi de 6 mm, il faut environ 1 minute, quel que soit son diam\u00e8tre. Lorsque le processus est bien organis\u00e9, la pi\u00e8ce bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et calibr\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision, le temps de soudage peut varier de 3 \u00e0 5 minutes. Cette m\u00e9thode permet un travail de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cis, pour des soudures durables. Le principal inconv\u00e9nient de cette m\u00e9thode de soudage r\u00e9side dans l&#039;impr\u00e9cision des caract\u00e9ristiques (temps de refoulement et temp\u00e9rature de chauffe d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par un soudeur exp\u00e9riment\u00e9) et dans le chauffage irr\u00e9gulier de la pi\u00e8ce. Un traitement thermique suppl\u00e9mentaire est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire pour conf\u00e9rer au m\u00e9tal les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s souhait\u00e9es au niveau de l&#039;assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>Avantages <strong>soudage sous pression de gaz :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>absence dans le mat\u00e9riau de remplissage ;<\/li>\n<li>pas besoin d\u2019une source
