Cette m\u00e9thode est utilis\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s sur les lignes de production industrielles. Le faisceau laser offre une concentration \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, permettant de d\u00e9couper presque tous les mat\u00e9riaux aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques et physiques vari\u00e9es. Le processus est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par ordinateur. <strong>d\u00e9coupe laser <\/strong>Le mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 d\u00e9couper fond, s&#039;enflamme, s&#039;\u00e9vapore ou est emport\u00e9 par un jet de gaz, ce qui permet des zones de d\u00e9coupe tr\u00e8s \u00e9troites et une exposition thermique minimale. Les contraintes m\u00e9caniques sur le mat\u00e9riau sont quasiment inexistantes, ce qui minimise toute d\u00e9formation, tant pendant la d\u00e9coupe qu&#039;apr\u00e8s refroidissement. Ceci permet <strong>d\u00e9coupe laser <\/strong>Utilis\u00e9 pour les pi\u00e8ces facilement d\u00e9formables et flexibles, tout en pr\u00e9servant la qualit\u00e9 de d\u00e9coupe. Un haut degr\u00e9 d&#039;automatisation permet de d\u00e9couper des contours complexes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9coupe laser du m\u00e9tal <\/strong>Un faisceau laser br\u00fble le m\u00e9tal. Diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes bas\u00e9s sur des lasers \u00e0 fibre, des lasers \u00e0 solide et des lasers \u00e0 gaz CO\u2082 sont utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 cette fin, et peuvent fonctionner en mode continu ou puls\u00e9. Cette m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9coupe est assez co\u00fbteuse\u00a0; elle n&#039;est donc utilis\u00e9e que lorsque d&#039;autres m\u00e9thodes sont laborieuses, voire impossibles. Les m\u00e9taux \u00e0 faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique sont mieux trait\u00e9s, car l&#039;\u00e9nergie laser est concentr\u00e9e sur une zone plus restreinte.<\/p>\n<p>En cours <strong>d\u00e9coupe laser du m\u00e9tal <\/strong>Le faisceau chauffe le m\u00e9tal jusqu&#039;\u00e0 sa fusion. Apr\u00e8s absorption suppl\u00e9mentaire du rayonnement, le m\u00e9tal fond davantage, augmentant la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage jusqu&#039;\u00e0 atteindre son point de destruction (point d&#039;\u00e9bullition) o\u00f9 il se vaporise. Cependant, cette vaporisation est co\u00fbteuse en \u00e9nergie et ne convient qu&#039;aux m\u00e9taux tr\u00e8s fins. C&#039;est pourquoi on utilise principalement le coupage par fusion, qui utilise un gaz auxiliaire introduit dans la zone de coupe pour \u00e9liminer les sous-produits de la destruction du m\u00e9tal. Ce gaz auxiliaire est souvent un gaz inerte ou de l&#039;azote, ainsi que de l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne et de l&#039;air.<\/p>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9coupe laser du m\u00e9tal <\/strong>effectue plusieurs t\u00e2ches, \u00e0 savoir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provoque initialement une oxydation pr\u00e9liminaire du m\u00e9tal, r\u00e9duisant sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir le rayonnement laser\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Lorsqu&#039;il est enflamm\u00e9, le m\u00e9tal br\u00fble dans un flux d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne et augmente la chaleur suppl\u00e9mentaire, produisant un rayonnement laser plus fort\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>un jet d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne emporte le m\u00e9tal en fusion loin de la zone de coupe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pendant <strong>d\u00e9coupe laser du m\u00e9tal <\/strong>Le volume thermique total peut inclure la chaleur de la r\u00e9action de combustion du m\u00e9tal. Ce m\u00e9canisme est utilis\u00e9 lorsque le m\u00e9tal est susceptible de s&#039;enflammer et de br\u00fbler en dessous de son point de fusion, comme c&#039;est le cas pour l&#039;acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone et le titane. Pour couper les aciers alli\u00e9s et \u00e0 haute teneur en carbone, ainsi que l&#039;aluminium, le cuivre et d&#039;autres m\u00e9taux, une fonction est choisie pour que le m\u00e9tal fonde plut\u00f4t que de br\u00fbler, et un jet de gaz souffle le m\u00e9tal liquide.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 <strong>d\u00e9coupe laser <\/strong>Un laser \u00e0 solide utilise une lampe de pompage et un milieu actif, une tige de rubis. La lampe de pompage produit des \u00e9clairs lumineux intenses qui activent les atomes du milieu actif. Des miroirs, l&#039;un l\u00e9g\u00e8rement transparent et l&#039;autre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant, sont situ\u00e9s aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de ce milieu. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de multiples r\u00e9flexions dans le milieu actif, le faisceau laser est amplifi\u00e9 et ressort \u00e0 travers le miroir transparent.
