Le soudage par faisceau d&#039;\u00e9lectrons permet de souder des m\u00e9taux ensemble. Il consiste \u00e0 assembler deux m\u00e9taux \u00e0 leur jonction. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous vide, il permet de souder des pi\u00e8ces de conceptions et de tailles tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9es, produisant ainsi une soudure parfaitement polie.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique des \u00e9lectrons collect\u00e9s dans un faisceau d&#039;\u00e9lectrons, form\u00e9 par un dispositif sp\u00e9cial, est utilis\u00e9e pour souder le m\u00e9tal. Le m\u00e9tal est soud\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un faisceau puls\u00e9. Ce faisceau pr\u00e9sente une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une fr\u00e9quence d&#039;impulsion comprise entre 100 et 500 Hz. Il est utilis\u00e9 pour souder des m\u00e9taux volatils tels que le magn\u00e9sium et l&#039;aluminium. Ces param\u00e8tres augmentent la profondeur de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration. Des m\u00e9taux de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs peuvent \u00eatre soud\u00e9s, mais le type, l&#039;\u00e9paisseur et la structure du m\u00e9tal doivent toujours \u00eatre pris en compte.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Les t\u00f4les fines peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre assembl\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s, mais un essai est effectu\u00e9 avant le soudage afin de d\u00e9terminer correctement le rapport pause\/impulsion. La dissipation thermique pendant les pauses permet de r\u00e9duire la zone affect\u00e9e thermiquement. Lors du soudage de petites pi\u00e8ces, il est crucial que le faisceau atteigne pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la largeur \u00e9troite du joint\u00a0; la position du faisceau est donc d&#039;abord v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e sur un \u00e9chantillon d&#039;essai. Le faisceau doit atteindre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le joint \u00e0 assembler, ni trop bas ni trop haut, sous peine de compromettre la qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;assemblage. Les param\u00e8tres du faisceau sont v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s par un essai de proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Ensuite, le soudage en s\u00e9rie de toutes les pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires est r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En soudage par faisceau d&#039;\u00e9lectrons, le faisceau lui-m\u00eame ou la pi\u00e8ce est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9viation. Ce syst\u00e8me permet au faisceau d&#039;osciller transversalement et le long de la soudure, ainsi que sur des trajectoires plus complexes. Des appareils basse et haute tension sont disponibles. Les appareils basse tension sont utilis\u00e9s pour souder des \u00e9paisseurs de m\u00e9tal sup\u00e9rieures ou \u00e9gales \u00e0 0,5 mm, tandis que les appareils haute tension sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux \u00e9paisseurs sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Le vide cr\u00e9\u00e9 lors du soudage par faisceau d&#039;\u00e9lectrons r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la perte d&#039;\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique des \u00e9lectrons due aux collisions avec les mol\u00e9cules de l&#039;air et assure la protection thermique et chimique de la cathode du canon \u00e0 \u00e9lectrons. Le vide est d&#039;environ 10-4 \u00e0 10-6 mmHg. La p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du m\u00e9tal est principalement due \u00e0 la pression du faisceau d&#039;\u00e9lectrons, \u00e0 la chaleur d\u00e9gag\u00e9e dans le m\u00e9tal solide et \u00e0 la forte pression du m\u00e9tal en \u00e9vaporation. La qualit\u00e9 et le type de traitement par faisceau d\u00e9pendent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermophysiques du mat\u00e9riau, des param\u00e8tres du faisceau et de la dur\u00e9e de l&#039;impulsion, mais sont ind\u00e9pendants de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques. Le soudage par faisceau d&#039;\u00e9lectrons permet donc de traiter le quartz, la c\u00e9ramique et les pierres pr\u00e9cieuses. Il est utilis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s pour le soudage des m\u00e9taux r\u00e9fractaires, ainsi que des m\u00e9taux utilis\u00e9s dans l&#039;industrie a\u00e9ronautique et l&#039;instrumentation.
