Utilis\u00e9s pour le soudage au gaz et le coupage des m\u00e9taux, ils sont peints en bleu et fix\u00e9s aux robinets des bouteilles.<\/p>\n<h2>Le principe de fonctionnement d&#039;un r\u00e9ducteur d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Lorsque le gaz traverse le filtre, il p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la chambre haute pression. En tournant la vis de r\u00e9glage dans le sens horaire, la force du ressort de pression agit sur le plateau de pression, le piston et la membrane du d\u00e9tendeur. Le d\u00e9tendeur se d\u00e9place alors, permettant au gaz de traverser l&#039;espace entre le si\u00e8ge et la soupape pour atteindre la chambre de travail. Pour surveiller la pression dans la bouteille du d\u00e9tendeur d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne, un manom\u00e8tre haute pression (entr\u00e9e) est utilis\u00e9, tandis qu&#039;un manom\u00e8tre basse pression (sortie) est surveill\u00e9 dans la chambre de travail. Le gaz entre par un raccord raccord\u00e9 au d\u00e9tendeur. Les tol\u00e9rances de temp\u00e9rature s&#039;\u00e9tendent de -250 \u00b0C (-322 \u00b0F) \u00e0 -500 \u00b0C (-1222 \u00b0F). Tous les d\u00e9tendeurs d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sentent des caract\u00e9ristiques similaires, mais diff\u00e8rent par leurs volumes d&#039;entr\u00e9e et de sortie de gaz et leurs d\u00e9bits. Le marquage du d\u00e9tendeur comprend la marque du fabricant, la marque, l&#039;ann\u00e9e et le mois de fabrication. L&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne n&#039;\u00e9tant pas particuli\u00e8rement dangereux, tous les composants du d\u00e9tendeur en contact avec lui doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9graiss\u00e9s et les ressorts doivent \u00eatre recouverts d&#039;un rev\u00eatement protecteur r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne purifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9parer un d\u00e9tendeur d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne n&#039;est pas compliqu\u00e9, mais un d\u00e9pannage correct est essentiel. Si le probl\u00e8me vient du raccord d&#039;admission, v\u00e9rifiez la pr\u00e9sence d&#039;un filtre. Lors du remplacement du filtre, installez-le avec le nez orient\u00e9 vers les gaz. Le joint doit \u00eatre en parfait \u00e9tat et fabriqu\u00e9 dans un mat\u00e9riau en contact avec l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne. V\u00e9rifiez ensuite \u00e0 l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 ou \u00e0 l&#039;azote.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9paration du d\u00e9tendeur d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne consiste \u00e0 remplacer le joint et \u00e0 fixer le manom\u00e8tre \u00e0 la base du d\u00e9tendeur. En cas de fuite, le d\u00e9tendeur doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9. Cette op\u00e9ration s&#039;effectue \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une cl\u00e9 sp\u00e9ciale et avec les mains propres. Les pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires, comme le d\u00e9tendeur, peuvent \u00eatre caboss\u00e9es ou endommag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-860 size-full
