La qualit\u00e9 de la coupe d\u00e9pend de la pr\u00e9cision du trac\u00e9 et de la surface de coupe. En coupe automatique, l&#039;\u00e9cart est n\u00e9gligeable, tandis qu&#039;en coupe manuelle, il est plus marqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>L&#039;oxycoupage du m\u00e9tal par s\u00e9paration peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 grande vitesse, avec un angle de torche inclin\u00e9 \u00e0 45 degr\u00e9s dans le sens inverse de la coupe. La d\u00e9coupe \u00e0 grande vitesse de haute qualit\u00e9 est ainsi am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, ce qui augmente la qualit\u00e9 et la vitesse de coupe.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, avec une pression d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne allant jusqu&#039;\u00e0 5 MPa, la d\u00e9coupe de m\u00e9taux jusqu&#039;\u00e0 60 mm d&#039;\u00e9paisseur augmente de 30 \u00e0 50 \u00b5T\/min. La technologie d&#039;oxycoupage utilise de l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de 98,5 \u00e0 99,5 \u00b5T\/min, ce qui maintient des performances de coupe \u00e9lev\u00e9es et r\u00e9duit la consommation d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne. La d\u00e9coupe peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e m\u00e9caniquement ou manuellement.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment cela se passe <strong>oxycoupage du m\u00e9tal<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n<p>Les m\u00e9taux ont la particularit\u00e9 de br\u00fbler \u00e0 l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne. Si le mat\u00e9riau atteint une certaine temp\u00e9rature et qu&#039;un flux d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne est dirig\u00e9 vers la zone chauff\u00e9e, une oxydation rapide se produit. L&#039;op\u00e9rateur ne doit pas \u00e9teindre la flamme de pr\u00e9chauffage apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du travail. Elle doit rester allum\u00e9e en permanence pendant le fonctionnement du chalumeau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oxycoupage manuel <\/strong>Il est largement utilis\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9coupe de m\u00e9taux profil\u00e9s lorsque les machines de d\u00e9coupe m\u00e9caniques ne sont pas disponibles. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9coupe de pi\u00e8ces non critiques \u00e0 bords courbes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la d\u00e9coupe manuelle, le chalumeau \u00ab\u00a0Plamya-62\u00a0\u00bb peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9. L&#039;op\u00e9rateur ouvre d&#039;abord la vanne d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne du pr\u00e9chauffeur de flamme, puis la vanne d&#039;ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne. Un jet de m\u00e9lange s&#039;\u00e9chappe du chalumeau et doit \u00eatre allum\u00e9. Pour commencer la d\u00e9coupe, il suffit d&#039;ouvrir la vanne d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne. La zone de coupe doit atteindre la temp\u00e9rature de combustion initiale. Une fois cette temp\u00e9rature atteinte, la pointe de la lance peut \u00eatre approch\u00e9e de la zone chauff\u00e9e et l&#039;alimentation en oxyg\u00e8ne peut \u00eatre ouverte.<\/p>\n<p>Le tube br\u00fblera pendant la coupe\u00a0; il doit donc \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Si le technicien souhaite r\u00e9duire sa consommation, il peut y ins\u00e9rer un fil \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone. Cependant, le diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur du tube doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4\u00a0mm.<\/p>\n<p>Si la pi\u00e8ce est positionn\u00e9e verticalement ou en biais, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de couper de bas en haut. Ceci, combin\u00e9 au mouvement de va-et-vient de la lance, favorisera l&#039;\u00e9limination active des scories.<\/p>\n<p>Comme mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, une lance \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne permet de couper des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9pais. Dans ce cas, <strong>chalumeaux d&#039;oxycoupage<\/strong>\u00c0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une fraise, une fente d&#039;environ 100 mm de diam\u00e8tre est pratiqu\u00e9e. Une lance est ins\u00e9r\u00e9e dans cette fente, puis le mat\u00e9riau est d\u00e9coup\u00e9. Cette combinaison fraise-lance permet de d\u00e9couper des flans d&#039;acier jusqu&#039;\u00e0 2 m d&#039;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9coupe du m\u00e9tal avec une lance \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne
