Una miscela di gas viene quindi immessa nell&#039;ugello ad alta pressione (diverse atmosfere) e, passando attraverso l&#039;arco elettrico, crea un getto di plasma ad altissima temperatura, pari a 5000<sup>0<\/sup>Da fino a 30.000<sup>0<\/sup>C. I gas attivi includono ossigeno e aria e sono utilizzati per il taglio di metalli ferrosi. I gas inattivi includono idrogeno, argon, azoto e vapore acqueo e sono utilizzati per il taglio di metalli non ferrosi e loro leghe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglio a getto di plasma <\/strong>ha molti vantaggi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c8 possibile tagliare quasi tutti i metalli: ferrosi, refrattari, non ferrosi e altri;<\/li>\n<li>una piccola area di riscaldamento della parte tagliente elimina la sua deformazione termica;<\/li>\n<li>elevata velocit\u00e0 di taglio di metalli di diversi spessori;<\/li>\n<li>eccellente purezza del taglio, buona qualit\u00e0 della superficie;<\/li>\n<li>il processo di lavoro \u00e8 sicuro;<\/li>\n<li>la capacit\u00e0 di ritagliare varie geometrie specificate dal programma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglio a getto di plasma <\/strong>Il taglio pu\u00f2 essere semplice, con protezione di gas o con protezione di acqua. Il metodo semplice utilizza corrente elettrica, aria o azoto per il taglio, con una lunghezza d&#039;arco limitata. Questo metodo viene utilizzato per il taglio di acciai bassolegati. L&#039;ossigeno viene utilizzato come utensile di taglio, ottenendo un bordo di taglio pulito con un ridotto contenuto di azoto. Il taglio con protezione di gas utilizza un gas plasmageno, che protegge il taglio dagli agenti atmosferici, migliorando la qualit\u00e0 del taglio. Nel taglio a getto, il metallo da tagliare non fa parte del circuito elettrico, poich\u00e9 l&#039;arco si genera tra gli elettrodi e si forma un getto quando viene immesso il gas. <strong>Tecnologia di taglio a getto di plasma <\/strong>Questo processo prevede la formazione di plasma e il suo orientamento preciso e accelerato verso il metallo da tagliare. Il plasma \u00e8 un gas saturo di ioni, contenente particelle cariche che conducono elettricit\u00e0. Il processo di ionizzazione avviene durante il riscaldamento e aumenta con l&#039;aumentare della temperatura del gas.<\/p>\n<p>Il processo di taglio avviene con corrente continua e prevede la fusione localizzata del metallo e la successiva soffiatura, lasciando un taglio netto. Per generare l&#039;arco di lavoro, \u00e8 necessario accendere un arco ausiliario (arco pilota) tra l&#039;elettrodo e l&#039;ugello. Questo arco pilota viene soffiato fuori dall&#039;ugello tramite aria di avviamento, formando una fiamma di 20-40 mm. Quindi, quando la fiamma dell&#039;arco pilota entra in contatto con il metallo, si genera l&#039;arco di taglio, ovvero il getto di taglio.
