Utilizzato nella saldatura a gas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicazione del filo di saldatura <\/strong>dipende dal metodo di saldatura, dalla temperatura e dall&#039;uniformit\u00e0 della fusione, dallo spessore, dal grado, dalla qualit\u00e0 del metallo, dai requisiti della saldatura, dal funzionamento del prodotto, ad esempio sotto l&#039;influenza di fattori esterni, ecc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicazione del filo di saldatura<\/strong> (solido (in ambiente gassoso) o in polvere (senza gas)) viene utilizzato per unire metalli e acciai contenenti cromo (acciaio inossidabile). I principali vantaggi sono la resistenza ai danni, la durevolezza, la resistenza alla corrosione, la bassa formazione di spruzzi e l&#039;eccellente qualit\u00e0 della saldatura. Viene spesso utilizzato quando i materiali possono entrare in contatto con l&#039;acqua. Ad esempio, se il nome del marchio termina con la lettera A, significa che contiene una piccola quantit\u00e0 di fluoro e zolfo. La marcatura \u00e8 espressa in forma alfanumerica. Ogni marcatura contiene informazioni sulla composizione chimica e sullo scopo. Senza un numero, il contenuto di metallo \u00e8 inferiore a 1%.<\/p>\n<h4>Consumo di filo per saldatura<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Selezionare il filo di saldatura<\/strong>Anche il metraggio deve essere calcolato correttamente, perch\u00e9 quando si salda con una macchina automatica o semiautomatica, il lavoro per creare la giunzione viene eseguito senza interruzioni. Per evitare errori, esiste una formula speciale per il calcolo del materiale: N = G * K.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N \u2013 il valore determinato, la quantit\u00e0 di consumo di materiale per metro di cucitura;<\/li>\n<li>G \u2013 massa di metallo depositato per 1 m;<\/li>\n<li>K \u00e8 un parametro che influenza il passaggio dalla massa del prodotto di saldatura al consumo del metallo utilizzato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per scoprire i dati G, nella domanda come <strong>selezionare il filo di saldatura<\/strong>, \u00e8 necessario utilizzare la formula G=P*y*L, dove:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F \u2013 area (in millimetri) della sezione trasversale della cucitura;<\/li>\n<li>U \u00e8 il peso specifico del filo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il valore L viene moltiplicato per 1, calcolato per metro. Ci\u00f2 significa che la lettera L cambia a seconda della lunghezza misurata.<\/p>\n<h5>Diametro del filo di saldatura<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Dimensioni del filo di saldatura<\/strong> Diversi. I materiali di consumo vengono selezionati in base alla corrente di saldatura e allo spessore del metallo da saldare. I materiali di consumo da 2 mm sono adatti per prodotti con uno spessore di 3-5 mm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimensioni del filo di saldatura<\/strong> In Occidente, gli standard differiscono da quelli nazionali. Tuttavia, la maggior parte delle attrezzature per saldatura viene importata. Per soddisfare queste esigenze, nel nostro Paese vengono utilizzati diametri di filo delle seguenti dimensioni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per macchine semiautomatiche da 0,6 a 6 mm;<\/li>\n<li>Per la saldatura con bacchette d&#039;apporto ed elettrodi da 1,6 a 5 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per scegliere il materiale giusto, bisogna tenere conto dell&#039;intensit\u00e0 della corrente di saldatura e dello spessore
