A seconda dell&#039;applicazione prevista, l&#039;elemento di strozzamento pu\u00f2 essere configurato in uno dei seguenti stili:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>valvola di riduzione della pressione<\/li>\n<li>dispositivo otturatore parabolico convenzionale,<\/li>\n<li>rinforzo perforato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Il flusso del liquido attraverso la valvola avviene in direzione opposta rispetto alla posizione di chiusura. I liquidi scorrono verso la posizione di chiusura quando la valvola \u00e8 perforata, mentre i gas e il vapore scorrono nella direzione opposta.<\/p>\n<p>Per una valvola con otturatore forato e flusso diretto in chiusura con attuatore pneumatico, \u00e8 necessario aumentare la forza di azionamento per evitare vibrazioni in posizione di chiusura. Se la potenza dell&#039;attuatore \u00e8 insufficiente, viene installato un dispositivo di riduzione della pressione, tenendo conto delle condizioni operative.<\/p>\n<p>A seconda delle condizioni operative, la durata media\u00a0<a title=\"Valvole di controllo\" href=\"https:\/\/inn-engineering.net\/catalog\/regulirovka\/ispolnitelnye-klapany\/\" target=\"_self\">valvola di controllo esecutivo<\/a>\u00a0La durata utile prima della prima revisione importante pu\u00f2 raggiungere i 100.000 cicli. Con una manutenzione adeguata, la durata utile stimata supera i 5 anni di utilizzo previsto. La durata utile pu\u00f2 essere estesa previa approvazione del produttore.<\/p>\n<p>La durata utile dei raccordi dipende da diversi fattori interconnessi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tipologie, concentrazione e aggressivit\u00e0 dell&#039;ambiente utilizzato,<\/li>\n<li>esposizione alle condizioni atmosferiche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le temperature, la frequenza di funzionamento, la riparazione, la manutenzione e i materiali di tenuta del fluido di lavoro che penetra attraverso la valvola devono essere conformi ai documenti normativi.<\/p>\n<h2>Requisiti per la posizione e le caratteristiche di installazione<\/h2>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>Il tecnico assicura uno spazio adeguato attorno al sito di installazione per la manutenzione e lo smantellamento. Le valvole di intercettazione vengono installate a monte e a valle della valvola per consentire riparazioni e manutenzione senza dover svuotare completamente l&#039;impianto.<\/p>\n<p>Il produttore raccomanda l&#039;installazione verticale della valvola con l&#039;attuatore posizionato sopra. In caso di installazione orizzontale, il peso consentito dell&#039;attuatore, a seconda delle dimensioni dello stelo, \u00e8 di 55 kg per DN 200-250.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 vietato montare o rimuovere l&#039;attuatore da una valvola esposta a temperatura e pressione. \u00c8 vietato ruotare la valvola nella sua sede sotto pressione durante l&#039;installazione.<\/p>\n<h2>Stoccaggio e trasporto<\/h2>\n<p>In condizioni meteorologiche sfavorevoli o se conservate all&#039;aperto, le apparecchiature devono essere messe fuori servizio o sottoposte a speciali misure di protezione. \u00c8 importante ricordare che i vapori chimici, l&#039;acqua di mare e altri agenti corrosivi favoriscono e accelerano la corrosione.<\/p>\n<p>Il primer per vernice non deve essere danneggiato. Protegge dalla corrosione durante lo stoccaggio e il trasporto alla temperatura consigliata, compresa tra -20\u00b0C e +65\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Se viene superata la durata massima di conservazione di 15 anni indicata dal produttore, la funzionalit\u00e0 e le prestazioni della valvola vengono testate prima della messa in servizio. Se necessario, viene eseguita la manutenzione o il dispositivo viene sostituito con un nuovo modello.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1395 aligncenter\"
