Il gas propano viene utilizzato per riscaldare il metallo, mentre l&#039;ossigeno lo separa. La temperatura di riscaldamento a <strong>taglio a gas del metallo con propano <\/strong>1000 &#8212; 1200<sup>0<\/sup>Ci\u00f2 consente al getto di accendersi quando l&#039;ossigeno e il metallo si combinano. Tagliando con il propano, la saldatura rimane relativamente pulita rispetto al taglio elettrico del metallo. Il flusso viene espulso dalla fiamma di preriscaldamento durante il taglio, ma pu\u00f2 anche bruciare il metallo. \u00c8 importante tenere presente che <strong>taglio a gas del metallo con propano <\/strong>non utilizzato quando si tagliano metalli con un punto di fusione inferiore a 600<sup>0 <\/sup>C, altrimenti verr\u00e0 rimosso lo strato superiore di metallo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglio del metallo con un cutter a gas <\/strong>Il taglio moderno avviene a una pressione di 12 atmosfere. L&#039;impugnatura del cannello \u00e8 dotata di due tubi integrati, tre dei quali conducono all&#039;ugello. Due di questi tubi sono alimentati a propano e il terzo a ossigeno. Il consumo di ossigeno varia a seconda del modello di cannello. <strong>Taglio del metallo con un cutter a gas <\/strong>P1 - 01 utilizza 10 m per ora di lavoro<sup>3<\/sup>. ossigeno e 1m<sup>3<\/sup> Propano. Il modello di torcia P2-01 consuma molto pi\u00f9 gas. Questa torcia pu\u00f2 tagliare acciai a basso e medio tenore di carbonio e ghisa. Gli acciai ad alto tenore di carbonio non consentono all&#039;ossigeno di penetrare abbastanza in profondit\u00e0 da bruciare il metallo. Anche i metalli non ferrosi come alluminio, rame e le loro leghe non sono adatti al taglio a gas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglio del metallo con un cutter a gas <\/strong>Viene utilizzato con successo per tagliare metalli spessi, tagliare dischi spessi, bruciare fori ciechi di 20-50 mm; il lavoro viene eseguito molto pi\u00f9 velocemente rispetto ad altri metodi di taglio e il propano \u00e8 anche
