{"id":685,"date":"2019-03-19T18:47:03","date_gmt":"2019-03-19T15:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/metallsmaster.ru\/?p=685"},"modified":"2020-11-02T10:13:58","modified_gmt":"2020-11-02T07:13:58","slug":"kislorodnaya-rezka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/metallsmaster.pro\/it\/taglio-dellossigeno\/","title":{"rendered":"Taglio dell&#039;ossigeno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Taglio dell&#039;ossigeno <\/strong>avviene con l&#039;ossigeno, ma prima di questo la superficie di taglio viene preriscaldata ad una temperatura di 1000 - 1300<sup>0\u00a0<\/sup>C, in modo che quando l&#039;ossigeno entra in contatto con il metallo, si verifica l&#039;accensione e il successivo taglio del metallo. <strong>taglio dell&#039;ossigeno <\/strong>\u00c8 molto importante che la fiamma riscaldante sia sempre davanti al flusso di ossigeno, in questo modo il processo di taglio sar\u00e0 continuo.<\/p>\n<p>A causa delle diverse propriet\u00e0 dei metalli, non tutti si prestano bene a <strong>taglio dell&#039;ossigeno, <\/strong>Gli acciai a basso tenore di carbonio sono quelli che si tagliano meglio, quelli a medio tenore di carbonio sono meno efficaci e quelli ad alto tenore di carbonio sono ancora peggiori. Per il taglio si utilizza ossigeno industriale (98,8\u201399,7%). Se il contenuto di ossigeno \u00e8 inferiore, la superficie di taglio non sar\u00e0 pulita e la scoria sar\u00e0 molto dura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglio ad ossigeno del metallo <\/strong>Questa tecnica viene utilizzata per metalli che non si fondono se riscaldati, altrimenti il taglio sarebbe impossibile. Gli ossidi metallici non dovrebbero avere un punto di fusione superiore alla temperatura di combustione del metallo, altrimenti il taglio richiederebbe l&#039;uso di fondenti. Il calore rilasciato durante la combustione del metallo deve essere elevato; questo facilita un buon processo di taglio. La conduttivit\u00e0 termica del metallo non deve essere troppo elevata, altrimenti il processo di taglio verr\u00e0 interrotto. La temperatura di accensione \u00e8 influenzata anche dal tipo di superficie metallica, dalle dimensioni dei pezzi e dalla velocit\u00e0 e dalla pressione dell&#039;ossigeno. Gas combustibile durante <strong>taglio dell&#039;ossigeno del metallo <\/strong>I sostituti dell&#039;acetilene sono ampiamente utilizzati. Sono disponibili in forma liquefatta, compressa, refrigerata, disciolta, mista o semplice.<\/p>\n<p>Esistono diverse variet\u00e0 <strong>taglio dell&#039;ossigeno del metallo<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>taglio ad ossigeno di alta qualit\u00e0;<\/li>\n<li>ad alta velocit\u00e0;<\/li>\n<li>Taglio ad ossigeno ad alta pressione e senza
