Differisce leggermente da una torcia da taglio a ossigeno per alcuni aspetti, ma il principio di funzionamento rimane lo stesso. <strong>Tagliatore di cherosene <\/strong>Pu\u00f2 essere riscaldato o meno e presenta due ugelli (interno ed esterno). Quando il cherosene viene preriscaldato e i suoi vapori entrano nella treccia di amianto dell&#039;evaporatore, situato nella camera di miscelazione, \u00e8 presente un ugello di riscaldamento. Nella camera di miscelazione, i vapori di cherosene vengono miscelati con l&#039;ossigeno, dopodich\u00e9 entrano nella testa di taglio, dove una parte della miscela si trova nell&#039;ugello di riscaldamento, e l&#039;ossigeno viene rilasciato attraverso il canale centrale della testa di taglio. L&#039;ossigeno entra <strong>taglierina a cherosene <\/strong>Il cherosene viene erogato anche sotto pressione da un apposito serbatoio tramite un tubo flessibile collegato a un raccordo sull&#039;impugnatura del cutter. Passando attraverso un raccordo a T, il vapore di cherosene si mescola con l&#039;ossigeno in una camera di miscelazione e poi esce dall&#039;ugello esterno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglierine per metalli al cherosene <\/strong>Ne vengono utilizzati due tipi: atomizzazione e vaporizzazione. Le torce a spruzzo sono dotate di uno speciale dispositivo di atomizzazione attraverso il quale il combustibile liquido viene atomizzato e poi immesso nell&#039;ugello, dove evapora. La torcia a vaporizzazione ha una camera di vaporizzazione rivestita in amianto. Quando il cherosene entra in questa camera, una fiamma aggiuntiva vaporizza il cherosene liquido, convertendolo in vapore di cherosene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglierina a cherosene senza riscaldamento, <\/strong>I sistemi a spruzzo presentano alcuni vantaggi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il peso del cutter \u00e8 quasi la met\u00e0 pi\u00f9 leggero;<\/li>\n<li>non ha avvolgimento in amianto, il che consente la manutenzione di un taglia-cherosene;<\/li>\n<li>non c&#039;\u00e8 fiamma riscaldante, quindi la taglierina non si surriscalda durante il funzionamento;<\/li>\n<li>pu\u00f2 funzionare a temperature di 40<sup>0<\/sup>Dal freddo con un bocchino speciale;<\/li>\n<li>ha un&#039;elevata resistenza al ritorno di fiamma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Taglierina a cherosene senza riscaldamento - <\/strong>Questa nuova generazione di cannelli da taglio a cherosene ha un tempo di rodaggio di 20 secondi e una combustione completa, consentendo un utilizzo efficiente del carburante. \u00c8 caratterizzato da uno smontaggio rapido, un facile accesso a parti e componenti ed \u00e8 molto facile da manutenere, richiede poca manutenzione, \u00e8 semplice, affidabile ed economico, in grado di tagliare fino a 300 mm di spessore. Questo cutter non richiede il centraggio del boccaglio, poich\u00e9 il flusso di ossigeno \u00e8 sempre regolato al centro. Funziona bene a temperature fino a -25 \u00b0C.<sup>0<\/sup>Con una potenza minima di 15 secondi, taglia metalli da 3 a 200 mm di spessore e pu\u00f2 perforare metalli fino a 50 mm di spessore.
