Correntes de alta frequ\u00eancia, variando de dezenas de Hz a centenas de kHz, s\u00e3o utilizadas neste processo; s\u00e3o mais convenientes para introdu\u00e7\u00e3o no metal. Na pr\u00e1tica, este tipo de corrente, fornecida por m\u00e1quinas ou geradores de tubos de v\u00e1cuo, \u00e9 sempre utilizado. Este tipo de soldagem dura apenas alguns segundos, pois o processo de aquecimento n\u00e3o est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0 espessura do material ou \u00e0 sua condutividade t\u00e9rmica. O consumo de energia \u00e9 mais econ\u00f4mico, pois o calor \u00e9 gerado nas superf\u00edcies a serem unidas.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de soldagem \u00e9 frequentemente utilizado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de tubos de a\u00e7o. Como os tubos de a\u00e7o possuem alta resist\u00eancia indutiva, a corrente de alta frequ\u00eancia n\u00e3o se espalha pelo per\u00edmetro, e os tubos s\u00e3o crimpados e soldados. <strong>Soldagem por indu\u00e7\u00e3o de metais<\/strong>, ou seja, tubos, \u00e9 realizada colocando as pe\u00e7as no indutor.<\/p>\n\n\t<!--<div class='top-banner-pages'>\t\n\n\t<\/div>--->\n\t\n<p>Quando as pe\u00e7as a serem soldadas passam pelo indutor, correntes parasitas s\u00e3o induzidas na junta, fluindo na dire\u00e7\u00e3o oposta \u00e0 corrente no indutor. Ao longo do caminho, as correntes encontram a folga da junta e s\u00e3o direcionadas para ela. A corrente concentra-se principalmente nas \u00e1reas da superf\u00edcie a ser soldada, aquecendo rapidamente o metal at\u00e9 a temperatura de soldagem necess\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Os equipamentos para este tipo de soldagem t\u00eam diversas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, mas seu princ\u00edpio de funcionamento se baseia na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de corrente ao metal para aquec\u00ea-lo e sold\u00e1-lo ou sold\u00e1-lo no local desejado, de forma r\u00e1pida e confi\u00e1vel. O equipamento de indu\u00e7\u00e3o Termomaccin \u00e9 popular na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de tubos. Ele \u00e9 projetado para recozimento e soldagem de tubos lisos de a\u00e7o carbono e inoxid\u00e1vel com nervuras, bem como conforma\u00e7\u00e3o de extremidades quentes, recozimento de tubos de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o e recozimento de extremidades de tubos hidroformados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soldagem por indu\u00e7\u00e3o de metais <\/strong>inclui o esquema operacional b\u00e1sico:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>as bordas das soldas devem ser limpas at\u00e9 brilharem, embora seja permitida a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de incrusta\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/li>\n<li>Para aumentar o efeito de aquecimento, um n\u00facleo magn\u00e9tico de ferrite \u00e9 introduzido no tubo em branco;<\/li>\n<li>Uma corrente \u00e9 fornecida, possivelmente at\u00e9 centenas de kHz, para aquecer fortemente o metal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!---<div class='top-banner-pages'>\n\n<\/div>-->\n\n\t\n<p>A espessura do tubo soldado varia de 0,5 a 15 mm para a\u00e7os de alto e baixo carbono. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 utilizada em ligas inoxid\u00e1veis e resistentes a \u00e1cidos, tubos de cobre, bronze, lat\u00e3o e componentes de ligas de alum\u00ednio. Deve-se observar que, com o aumento do di\u00e2metro do tubo, a efici\u00eancia dos indutores externos diminui significativamente. O uso de indutores internos reduz as perdas dentro do tubo. A soldagem por indu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma excelente substitui\u00e7\u00e3o para soldagem a arco e por resist\u00eancia na produ\u00e7\u00e3o industrial. \u00c9 utilizada em engenharia mec\u00e2nica, estruturas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, produ\u00e7\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo e na ind\u00fastria de g\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Vantagens <strong>soldagem por indu\u00e7\u00e3o de metais<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a velocidade de aquecimento do metal, dura v\u00e1rios segundos;<\/li>\n<li>aumento da vida \u00fatil do indutor;<\/li>\n<li>a costura de solda est\u00e1 limpa, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 arranh\u00f5es;<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e9todo de soldagem altamente automatizado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As desvantagens s\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9 dif\u00edcil manter uma folga uniforme entre o indutor e a superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a;<\/li>\n<li>dificuldade em concentrar o aquecimento na pr\u00f3pria zona de soldagem;<\/li>\n<li>alto consumo de energia
